Located in downtown Salt Lake City and less than a mile from the Capitol, this beautiful, modern townhome is the perfect hangout for anyone looking to get the full city experience while still being able to conveniently go on a hike or ski the slopes during the day.

This home lies directly between all the major ski resorts and is only 30-40 minutes to Park City/Deer Valley or Alta/Snowbird. You can hop on I-15 within minutes to get wherever you need to go.

This home has 3 functional floors, and guests will have the entire place to themselves.

The first floor features a 2 car garage and dedicated workspace complete with a desk, chair and mounted TV. The second floor features the kitchen, dining table (seating for 4), half bathroom, living space, and outdoor balcony. The 3rd floor features the washer/dryer (along with an ironing board and iron), master bedroom and guest bedroom. Both bedrooms receive natural light and include a king bed, private bathroom, shower, and walk-in closet.

Major appliances throughout the home include a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, and gas stove. Appliances are high quality and relatively brand new. The kitchen also includes its own coffee maker (with coffee pot or K-cup capabilities), nutribullet, toaster, spice rack, silverware, cooking utensils, and various glassware.

TV’s are located in the office on the first floor and in the living space on the second floor. Both have streaming application capabilities.

High speed WI-FI and internet is also available at no additional charge, if needed.

There is space for 2 cars to park in the garage. If additional parking space is needed, you may park anywhere along the street in front of the building for FREE.
