Modern townhome 10.1 miles from Razorback Stadium

The property was clean and had great amenities, beds were very comfortable. Not a big deal, but I just wish there was more furniture to sit on in the front room, another comfy chair, or a larger couch for adults. But did not take away from my rating.

Everything was great and had a great time. Only complaint is the Master Shower drain was flowing slow.

Overall good property. Had waters in the fridge which was helpful after a long day of travel. Host was responsive within hours. Appliances were all in great working order and everything was pretty clean. Master bed had a noise that was extremely annoying and was loudly squeaking with every turn over. Beds in second room were too firm for our liking.

Our host was amazing! There was a bit of a mix up when we got in but she fixed everything and went above and beyond. The place is nice, simple, conveniently located. The beds are very comfortable.

It was quiet and clean. The kids were appreciative of shampoo/conditioner when they realized they forgot to pack theirs.

This is the second time we have stayed here and LOVED it!! This will be my home away from home when we come for a weekend visit! Straight shot down Martin Luther King Blvd to the college and only takes about 10 minutes. The host were so kind when we forgot a phone and they had the house unlocked for us so we could go back and get it.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Both bathrooms are upstairs and nice. Someone with physical limitations may find this inconvenient- it was fine for us. Nice rail on stairs and good lighting. Very convenient location for Fayetteville area. Quiet area. Felt safe and comfortable.

Unit was clean and provided all we needed. It had a long stairway to upstairs bedroom and that was a small challenge but we are old and less spry than we once were. It certainly should not be a problem for most.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the townhouse! Perfect amount of space and great location. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beds slept great and having a washer/dryer was a big plus. We would stay here again next time we’re in town!

This townhouse worked for so well for our family while we visited the Fayetteville area. Things we liked about this property: location, enough beds, and bathrooms, workable kitchen, and large dining table, comfortable beds. Hope to come again.

Loved this place!

Wonderful property with extremely quiet neighbors. We never heard a peep! We were in town for the reenactment at Battlefield State Park and loved that the more enthusiastic members of our group could just walk to the park anytime they wanted, instead of needing to wait for a ride. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was good for a football weekend.

We werw in town for the 2024 Arkansas Youth Expo, pig show. After long days in the barn, it was nice to go home to a comfy house! Will stay again!
