Modern & Spacious, Fully Upgraded Home with Deck, Firepit, and BBQ Near UF

Great house and location. We had plenty of room for our family of 4 plus puppy. Nice fenced in back yard. Loved the back yard porch, swing, lights. Had a wonderful time grilled 2 nights. Had a great time exploring the area.

Stayed for a week for surgery recovery from Shands. Close to hospital, walk in shower, lovely back yard for time outside. Would stay again!

Excellent responsiveness from owner/property manager. Great location to explore UF and all of Gainesville. Would definitely stay again.

House was very clean and the hosts were very communicative.

We stayed at this property for a week during Christmas. It has a wonderful large open space floorplan. The neighborhood was quiet , we enjoyed spending time on the deck during the week in the sunshine. The host was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely return to this property in the future.

Great experience overall. Easy to get to UF for game day. Plenty of space for 10 of us, 4 adults and 6 teens. House was clean and had what you needed.

We enjoyed the large kitchen and the games. A couple of repair items mentioned to the owner. But overall we enjoyed the stay!

My kids loved the game room! The kitchen was well stocked, especially compared to other places we’ve rented before, even had toddler dishes and high chair. The back yard was a decent size and my kids had fun playing there too. The bedrooms were as advertised.

This property met our needs in every way. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable accommodations, pet-friendly, and close to everything. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. The backyard is a gorgeous retreat and I wish we could have spent more time there; we just had too much going on away from the property. Only thing I would change would be a better equipped kitchen (chef knifes, colander, etc.) because we typically do a fair amount of cooking when staying at a vacation rental, but we got by just fine on this trip. Overall, this is a very nice place to stay and we would definitely choose this property again. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property. The house was clean, comfortable and so spacious. The communication was great. The check in/out process was easy. We were in for a wedding and were so grateful for the space to get everything organized and prepared. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio under the beautiful tree each morning. It was a great time. We will definitely be back!

We were in Gainesville for the weekend to see my brother conduct in the 50th Gainesville community band concert on Sunday. We really enjoyed staying at this spacious house. Everything was perfect if it was a little cooler at night we would’ve sat outside and eaten our dinner Saturday night perfect house for a family gathering.! Jesse was on top of everything and was always available for us which was great

House was clean and spacious enough for us to gather to spend a holiday weekend with our Gator grad.

We had one of the nicest weekends in Gainesville and stayed at one of the nicest places we have rented. The accommodations could not have been better. Everything worked perfectly super clean, nice and spacious. The backyard was awesome. It was close to shopping. We stayed there with my wife and I, my mother and my two sisters. We were in Gainesville for a wedding and things could not have gone better thank you very much to our host for making our weekend special.

Everything lived up to the description. Kitchen is huge and modern. Open floor plan is very nice. It rained while we were there but the back yard is nice for sitting out, BBQ or sitting by the fire pit. Grocery store within walking distance!

This house was an awesome find!Spacious, great yard for pets, comfortable, and clean! Grand kids loved the game room! It had everything we needed to make our Baseball weekend a success! Great location to the University and restaurants. The hosts were perfect and made sure our stay was all and more than expected. I give this place 10 and would definitely rent again!

Nicely updated home with lots of room. State of the art kitchen and all stone floors throughout. Game rooms were very handy. Fully fenced back yard with large flat decking and quiet neighborhood. Centrally located for U of Florida and many parks. We intend to use this house again in the winter weather.

This is a nice place and with a few updates I'd give it five stars. The beds were comfortable. Layout nice and though the shower isn't large it has great water pressure. There's no coffee table in the living so no place to put down your coffee or a drink. Also no tea kettle. I guess these are minor things but they would add to the rental property. We never got a chance to use the fire pit.

My wife and I, a long with our dog, enjoyed the stay at this property. A nice fenced in back yard with plenty of room for outdoor activities. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Inside of the house was very modern and had everything we needed. Host was very communicative and checked with us to make sure we had everything that we needed. We enjoyed this property and would book again.

Very pleased with this home. Kitchen nice and spacuios for 3 people preparing food and cooking at the same time. House very clean. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Host responded very quickly to my question about operating this new to me thermostat. Very pleased.

My daughters and I needed a place to stay as we were displaced from Hurricane Milton. The house was great. We had plenty of room, there are a variety of games available. The location made it easy to get onto the main roads. There is a very large backyard with a nice deck and bistro lights which made the stay even more home like. I would highly recommend it.

Property was clean and organized. Very cozy and convenient for out of town workers. We even helped cleaned up yard debris from roof and grounds after hurricane Melton.

Well up kept property. We had a great time and had no issues with anything. Owner of the property was very nice.

House was extremely clean and well stocked. House was spacious and was just like being at home for our long stay. We brought our 2 German Shepherds who loved running around in the yard and exploring. House is very close to UF and made the back and forth to there very easy. We will definitely try and book the house again when we go up for weekends to see our Gator.
