Modern SmartHome Retreat Near Downtown Springfield & MSU

This home had been beautifully updated and upgraded. It was extremely comfortable and convenient.

This is the first time I’ve stayed in a smart house and this one had it all! Thomas was a great host and communicated well. I will definitely look to return next time I’m in Springfield. So much nicer to have a whole house compared to a hotel room. It’s centrally located in town. Can be anywhere within 10-15 mins in any direction. 5 mins away from shopping, restaurants, gas station, I-44.

The property itself is very nice, and well appointed! There is plenty of space, all the amenities of home. The beds and pillows are super comfortable! The smart aspect of the home was fun - Alexa, turn on Batman! The neighborhood itself is not great, but I grew up in a similar neighborhood, so it wasn't an issue for me. I did not feel unsafe. It was conveniently located near highways to get around. The homeowners were very responsive with any requests and very kind. I would stay here again if going to the Springfield, MO area again for a stay. Much better than a hotel!!

Very clean! Good neighborhood! Lots of room!

Super nice and up to date! Plenty of room!

The house was spacious, and comfortable. The appliances were in good working order. The ALEXA system wasn't very helpful. Several times ALEXA did not understand commands, or got commands mixed up, and in second bedroom ALEXA had stopped working. It was just easier to use light switches instead of ALEXA.

Smart home features were very fun..now I want to do that to my own house LOL...Very spacious and the house was stocked with more than we needed in kitchen and bedrooms and everywhere...kids loved dancing to music from Alexa!

Great property. Clean perfect for what needed

Second stay at this house for work. Will likely be back!

Great little house with lots of modern upgrades. Neighborhood is practically a norman rockwell painting. Huge park right up the street. Would stay again.

This was a very comfortable home with a well stocked kitchen and tastefully decorated. At a smart home owner myself, it was fun, taking advantage of the smart features in this house.

Awesome place. Man, the beds are comfy. This is a great place to stay. Best price also.Thank you so much!!!Chris M Nord.

This smart house was great for our short stay. The kids loved all the smart options the house has. The host was kind and fast at responding to any questions we had. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful home, great host

The space, well maintained home it was an inviting home. Also the Host was accommodating for our occasion.

Rooms were clean and well-furnished. Kitchen was stocked with essential tableware and cookware. Our kids really enjoyed having Alexa available.

Very nice , clean home. Enjoyed our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The place was exactly what we needed for a Fantasy Football Draft. Spacious, ect. Neighborhood is sketchy.

Clean, spacious, and just as described. Great location—close to everything we wanted. Would definitely recommend!

The house was wonderful to stay in and was very accommodating for our family, including our medically fragile child. So many places to visit within reasonable distance from the home as well!

Area was a little sketchy

Thomas was a great host, very accommodating to always make sure our needs were met!

House was everything we needed. comfortable beds, great communication with owner. We got to town a little early and the house wasn't ready until after the 4:00 check in. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes so the cleaners could finish. Other than that, all was good.

House was great. So much space, comfortable, well supplied. It served our purpose well.

Perfect location for graduation @ OTC.

The house is very nice and clean. We had no issues or complaints.

Very clean, host answered questions quickly, very roomy

Very clean, well appointed rental and kitchen space. Lighting system is a little complicated but was a quiet comfortable stay for work.

Very nice and clean property! Host was very quick to respond with any questions and the property was ready for us upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The beds were so comfortable everything was labeled so we knew what was what. Great experience

House exactly as photos posted. Owner was great to work with and responded quickly to questions. Loved the homes smart features and that they provided small things like shampoo and coffee. cofee

This property is a wonderful, clean and comfortable smart home. The neighborhood looks a little run down, but it is perfectly safe. We enjoyed our stay very much. Stayed for the work week and used this as our base locations.

The house couldn’t have been more perfect! I didn’t think to see if it was handicap accessible and it was not! My sister couldn’t make it up the stairs and fell. We had to call 911 for help and they were there within a few minutes and got her picked up and in the house. I will check next time to be sure that there is a ramp not steps and a walk in shower, not all bathtubs.

Choosing this “smart house” was a smart choice! Not only is it well appointed and comfortable, it is so much fun to turn lights on and off using voice commands. Even if you have been around the sun 75 times like me and are not very techy, no worries - the owners have left very clear instructions in multiple places. I highly recommend this property!

Responsive host, as advertised, and centrally located

This is a great property. All of the smart home features were very helpful and fun to use. Having three bedrooms and two full baths was perfect for our trip. The open layout of the kitchen and living room space made working and relaxing easy. There was plenty of private space to spread out as needed. It was a great option to reduce the cost of a work trip.

The house was nice and the owners were very responsive
