Sarah is an exceptional host. She is very attentive and helpful. She has a kitchen that had every pan, bowl and dish that we needed. It is a beautiful space.

Sarah is an amazing host. The property is incredible and it’s less than a minute and a half walk to the beach. It’s such an amazing place and I would recommend it to everyone.

This was our first time staying in Oxnard and what a little gem of a town! The rental location was just one house and one small street away from the beach ... Literally steps away! Felt safe with our children crossing the street on their own. Definitely felt like our home away from home temporarily, since the house had the perfect number of beds, sleepers and pullouts to accommodate our two families of 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 8-18), plus a fully stocked kitchen and room for everyone to eat and play games together. We all took advantage of the boogie boards and bikes and sand toys... There were even beach blankets and chairs we could borrow to use on the beach. The rooftop deck was also a great bonus, where we made s'mores and had blankets and a gas fire pit table to keep us warm. And I can't say enough great things about how warm and accommodating the host Sarah was. Definitely a woman who cares about the guest experience and about making her home welcome and inviting to everybody. I love the eclectic decor! But mostly it was just having everything we could possibly need and more. And being a text/phone call away. Can't wait to book it again!

Our stay at the Silver Strand Beach House was everything we wanted it to be. The location was perfect with close proximity to the harbor, beach, walking trails and everything our family was interested in doing. Plenty of water toys, bikes, and beach gear for everyone. We had groceries delivered tothe house using Walmart and used Topers Pizza to cater a special dinner. The house was beautiful with special places for everyone to hang out and each room had its own style. Sarah was a fabulous host and easy to get a hold of if we had questions. We definitely plan on returning again. Thank you Sarah for the memories we made and for making my moms birthday celebration trip so special. Bonny

We just wrapped up an amazing stay at this beach house, and it truly had everything you could possibly need for a fantastic beach vacation. We were so stoked by how well-stocked the place was. Beach towels? Check. Bikes, Beach chairs? Check. Boogie boards, blankets, games and a cart to haul everything? Double check. They thought of everything to make stay effortless and fun. Kitchen was dream for entertaining-plenty of dishes, gadgets, glassware to whip of a feast. Real star was the rooftop deck- watching sunsets, making s’mores- perfect way to end our days. Sarah is a most charming host, great communication, easy-peasy checkin and out. Couple of local spots to grab a coffee or bfast burrito were within walking distance. A local shop rented us a few spring wetsuits for kids which was super sweet of them bc water was chilly on July as expected. Safe neighborhood for kids to run back and forth bw beach and house. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location for what we wanted. Quick walk to the beach, and to stores. Neighbors were all friendly. House was wonderful and had so much to do.

Beautiful beach home just two houses from the beach. Booking and communication with the owner was very easy. The home is beautifully kept and has everything to keep a large family entertained. The beach is dog-friendly, as is the homeowner. We had a lovely time and will be visiting again!
