Stayed Oct 9, 2025As soon as you enter you get this open wide loft-style two story high living room that has a complete kitchen inventory and very comfortable furnishing. Up the stairs you find a mezzanine/rest/tv room/playroom area and they a corridor you get to the bedroom and bathroom. Everything you need, washer and dryer, A/C unit in bedroom, large fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, french press, drip coffee maker, and more. Parking space is excellent and very easy access to town and anywhere I needed to go. I’ll stay again if I come back to Santa Fe.

Stayed Aug 13, 2025Average stay. Condo is clean and fairly well-equipped. It does have some cooking things, but I didn’t see them and bought evoo & vinegar. The bathroom is upstairs. There is no AC downstairs. There is an air conditioning unit upstairs in the bedroom. TV is upstairs. I like to watch tv while cooking, so that didn’t work for me. The flagstone walkway will present problems if you have difficulty walking and forget taking a roller bag to the door over those stones. I disagree with the thought that this place is good for elderly people. Rushing in to use the bathroom and then having to climb 14 steps is not my idea of ‘for elderly.’ The keyless entry is convenient providing that you remember the code. I don’t like the idea that the code isn’t changed between clients. WIFI works well.

Stayed May 9, 2025Balloon Fiesta was an experience that I enjoyed very much. I was able to enjoy my stay here and loved the brightness of the place. Very comfortable and has everything. Viva la France!

Stayed Aug 25, 2025I stayed here with my girlfriend and the place was perfect. From the parking, the living room area, the bedroom and bathroom to the den with the TV... everything worked. Super comfortable and very bright! We loved the super high ceiling... I'll rent it again for sure.
