Modern Rustic Mountain Home - STR2019-03

We loved Cari's beautiful home in Ridgway! It is clean, spacious, and has everything you need including multiple types of coffee-making devices! We really appreciated the low chemical environment and focus on sustainability. Cari was responsive when our code didn't work at check in and the caretaker, Deshka, was there in minutes! We will definitely stay again!

We have been here many times and their home will remain our go to destination in Ridgway

We have been staying here for over 3 years now and it is the perfect place to enjoy Ridgway and the surrounding area. Easy walk to all the restaurants in town and the house is comfortable and has everything you need! Cari and Deshka are fantastic and responsive to any requests. Couldn’t recommend more.

This is such a comfortable home. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of outdoor activities. We stayed for a week to add a little comforts of home to our camping and exploration. The house was really nice, and conveniently located. Just around the corner from kate's for breakfast, and truly everything west of 550 is in easy walking distance, all without having the sense of being too in the thick of things for when you just want a nice quiet evening in after a long day of hiking & scrambling. If you are spending some time in Ridgway with your friends our family, consider making this your civilized basecamp, like we did. Thanks!

One of my favorite properties in Ridgway. Cari is absolutely phenomenal to work with and Deshka takes wonderful care of this property. The home is in perfect order, stocked with all the essentials and luxe toiletries. Even better, it's located conveniently with the ability to walk almost anywhere in town within a few minutes. Looking forward to another stay here when I'm in town!

This house is fantastic! The layout is great. Super open and inviting! We kept finding more fun little areas to check out. The listing states only 1 bath but it has 3. This owner has thought of everything to make the stay great. We came up for our son’s wedding and it was a great location and extremely comfortable! Would stay here again!

This home is AMAZING!!! Our family has always stayed in Ouray year after year, however this year we decided to venture out and are so glad that we did. We can honestly say we have found our new FAVORITE home away from home. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING! The master suite is incredible not to mention the other two rooms also had bathrooms so everyone had their own space. The kitchen space and living area were PERFECT! The house was immaculate!!! I cannot stress that enough. I am a clean freak and this place did not disappoint in any way! My husband and I are avid pickleball players and we were welcomed in to the pickleball community in Ridgeway. The drive to Ouray was easy and we still got to enjoy all the activities it had to offer but then retreat from the boasts of crowds Ouray seems to always have to the peace and quiet Ridgeway has to offer. We loved the house! Very clean, lots of lighting and the simple necessities. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the little reading nook. We would definitely stay here again. ?

Our family of four (two teenage daughters) kept saying that about Cari's house. Others have discussed how well stocked the house is, and it's all true. There are welcoming details everywhere - blankets in the living room, ample hangers in the closets, cookware you'd use at home (we actually cooked a couple of dinners there), and the entire home is spotless. Our experience was especially good due some challenging circumstances surrounding our trip as were escaping hurricane damage at our home near the gulf coast in TX, and Cari was extremely accommodating to us on a couple of special requests. Just no-questions-asked, genuine kindness from a stranger. And that, probably, is the best thing I can say about staying here. One of our best VRBO experiences, host, home, and area.

The property is amazing and well laid out. Close to all the necessities and a short drive to Telluride.

Beautiful home. Well stocked with daily use items. The grill ia gas btw. There were usb jacks on bedroom night stands and conveniently located in a little nook in the kitchen. Appliances were top notch. Gas stove was awesome. 4 adults and 3 children ages 16, 11, and 4. They all loved the upstairs bunk room. 3 full baths were great at well. Sleep time with windows open, best sleep ever. Beds very comfortable. Walking distance to quaint restaurants, some shopping and saloons. Nice park with playground. Close to Ouray and Telluride. The house really is big. With 4 adults and 3 kids, we all were amazed at the openness of livingroom, dinning table and kitchen. We were never on top of each other. FYI-went to hot springs in Ouray, definitely would have spent more time there and we spent an hour. Enjoy!!!
