Modern river home on 1/2 acre with 101' of private river frontage.

My family lived this property! We stayed over winter break and got lucky with the weather with the kids able to get in the river and fish. We will definitely hopefully be able to stay here again

This is a spectacular property. We celebrated our daughter's college graduation with family and it was perfect! The drive to the house is gorgeous!

Great location on the river. Beautiful home for family vacation! Owner responded promptly to any questions and check in was easy. We appreciated the gates on the stairs from kitchen to living room to that kept or 2 yr wrangled.

Perfect location- quiet, direct access to the river (shallow/safe for kiddos), and only 10 minutes into restaurants and shopping. We loved the cleanliness of the house, all the added extras, and the beautiful deck. 10/10 stay!

The house is well situated on the Guadalupe river and makes for a very relaxing and enjoyable place on the river with the cliffs as a backdrop.The house and property were clean, modern and good size for a large group/family. The property runs into the river with an easy walking to the river. Overall highly recommend the house and the area.

Great place for a family to gather and close to Gruene !

We had a small glitch getting in when we first arrived, but Cody was extremely responsive. The place was spotlessly clean. I really appreciate that. Everything has its place in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Too bad some guests don't follow those, because it makes it so much easier to find and to put away things. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, Cody!

What a beautiful home! Clean. Cool. Spacious! Even with the water level down, we were able to enjoy ourselves, the house, property & water! Great location making the trip to Gruene quick. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay on the Guadalupe. We enjoyed everything about it.

We had a blast and the house is perfect! Easy check in and has a beautiful view! Loved the deer feeder that goes off at 6:15 am and deer and beavers come to eat!

Location couldn’t have been better. Huge yard with river access and multiple tube rentals and shuttles nearby. Depending on your activities and preference, you may want to bring some items of your own. We could have used more dish towels, and wish we’d brought our own pots and pillows. Also had a few wasps get into the master bathroom through the air vent in the ceiling.

The accommodations were thoughtful, grounds and access to the river were all perfect. We had a wonderful time. As we were leaving one of the kids said “I’m going to miss this place.”

This property is fantastic, especially for families with little ones. The house was perfect for multiple families with a room full of bunks for the kids. We enjoyed everything about this place and wish we had reserved more days!

The house was beautiful, and the amenities were perfect. The only issue we had was check in was delayed due to house cleaning staff and very little water pressure in 2nd and 3rd showers. Everything else was perfect.
