Modern Rapid City Duplex w/ Yard: 5 Mi to Downtown

Very quiet neighborhood. Master suite is roomy with a large bathroom and closet. Chose this location for the neutral vicinty between kids/grandbabies. Would have liked to have had bar stools at island for more seating. Unit was clean and decorated nicely. Washer/dryer in unit, which was convenient as we were there a week. Host was informed of general maintenance concerns and responded promptly, no urgent resolution was needed as it was out of courtesy to keep future stats running smoothly. We enjoyed having the comfort of a home away from home feeling while in Rapid visiting our kids. Again, only recommendation would be to see stools at island.

We checked in on Wednesday and never left the house until checkout Sunday….was quiet and comfortable. Only thing I would recommend are one or two chairs not a long sectional only.

The location of the rental was perfect for our needs. It was close to family that we were visiting in Rapid City and near many of the sites we visited during our stay. The rental is lovely, spacious, clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. The beds were comfortable and ample linens and pillows were provided. The host did an outstanding job of providing their guest with a home away from home.

This is lovely duplex that was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The layout meet our needs with two bedrooms and two bathrooms all on the same floor. it is conveniently located just 5 miles from the airport and within a few miles of all the major highways.

This is a well-equipped home with nice, quality appliances in a spacious kitchen. The living room was comfortable and relaxing. The master bedroom has an extremely spacious closet. It was really helpful to be able to do laundry with the provided detergent (and stain remover!).The location was very convenient for our trips to Mt. Rushmore and Badlands National Park. Having a gas station, convenience store, and pizza restaurant in close proximity was also nice.One thing to note: the bed in the master bedroom is quite high. At 6'2, I didn't have any problem getting in and out but my 5'6 spouse struggled.

Great location for us to day trip from and close to the airport for picking up our partners. Great communication from the host. Unit was clean and neat, everything worked as needed

This home is very comfortable and in a good location making our trip a fun one. As a VRBO host myself, I really focus on a few things; cleanliness, will my guests sleep well, and is the kitchen fully appointed. This kitchen had many features, but a full set of dishes, so that we would not need to run dishwasher every day, would've been nice. A set of glassware and possibly a crock pot would have been lovely. A quick guide on the induction stove would be helpful too for first time users. The beds were super comfortable, but unfortunately the pillows are not good enough and offer no neck support. One bed was abnormally high and was very difficult getting into. Overall, this house was sufficient for our needs.

On our trip we spent days in the Badlands, Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, The Mammoth Site, Reptile Gardens, and more. This was a quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay after our busy days out and about

The duplex was beautifully decorated, and everything was exceptionally clean. The unit has everything you need and then some to enjoy your stay. The location was very convenient to places in town, and close enough to I-90 for when we wanted to go to Mount Rushmore and the Badlands. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Rapid City.

We rode to Rapid City on motorcycles and were looking for a good place to relax. We were fortunate to get to meet the property owner while there. Everything was as promised! The washer & dryer was a definite plus, heading off with clean laundry was great. We would most definitely stay again if we return to the area!

This was my first Vrbo rental. I was so pleased with my host and the property. Very clean and the location was so convenient.
