Modern, Quality 4BR Near Downtown

Lovely home, fabulous hosts,great quality inside with all necessities. Cleaning, bathroom, kitchen staples which was unexpected but appreciated. The area where this home is located I believe is a poorer area that that is starting to be gentrified into a much more appreciated space. Felt safe and cozy inside the home. Businesses around close a bit sketchy. Absolutely would stay again because you are near a lot of things and the home was exceptional.

The property itself was delightful and very clean. Had all of the appliances for cooking and coffee. Very cozy. The location was fantastic! Right by the the city, Duke and all the good restaurants. I felt very safe in this location.

House was comfortable. Everything needed was there.

Host was helpful during the entire process. Only real complaint is the frat house furniture in the TV sitting area.

I stayed here with a couple of friends while we attended a conference at Duke and it worked out brilliantly. There's easy parking for two cars, the neighborhood was quiet, it was a 10-15-minute drive from Duke Chapel, and the space was lovely. A delightful time was had by all!

For days i was searching for a property until i came across this one. I knew immediately it would have been the perfect choice to accommodate my family and I on our first trip to NC and it did not disappoint! Everything about the property was amazing to accommodate 6 of us and the house came equipped with essential needs! The location was perfect! I found it on the first try and there was so many options (stores,food,etc) nearby. The host was so responsive and super helpful with a list of so much to do in the area beforehand i honestly cannot wait to get back and try the places i didnt get to!(ha) i will be more than happy to book with them again! Im happy I made this choice, it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for having me!

Great place for privacy, all food spots was close to the bnb, the bnb was an amazing, my friends were shocked on how good the bnb was, spacious. Only thing was the lights in the king bed room in the bathroom didn’t work but everything else was great.

Property was as advertised—spacious, comfortable, clean. Good/quick communication with host.

Communication with Dylan was excellent, and the space was both large and comfy. The property is nicely secluded from neighbors despite being right in the busy city.

Nice house with plenty of space. Close to downtown Durham which has great places to eat etc.

This home was ideal for our lengthy, medically-related stay at Duke Medical Center. Not only was the home comfortably outfitted for any and all needs and wants, it was ideally located close to the hospitals, restaurants, groceries, etc. Owner was particularly helpful in some rescheduling issues. If we are ever back in Durham for a long spell, we will return. Excellent value.

Sister weekend for Dpac-loved the fact that two of the bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom. The home is decorated nicely and everything was spotless. Durham is going through an aggressive transformation/regentrification stage and this home is located in a transforming area with a mix of old and new. Can’t wait to see this area in a few years. We would stay here again

We liked the house in general, the host was awesome. Everything was available in the house and clean (kitchen tools, detergents, iron, etc.)

You will not be disappointed in staying here. One worry we had upon arrival was the busy street the house was on, but the traffic tapered off around 7 and it was pretty quiet. The house was clean and spacious with all the amenities of home! The pictures matched the house exactly! If our next Tri to Durham results in an extended stay we will stay here! The restoration work on this property was a jpy to behold. The layout on the inside works from a common lodge-like middle area, with four bedrooms ringing the middle. It is at the same time a great gathering place and a place for private relaxation. My sisters occupied this property during the trip and could not have been more happy. Host Dylan went above and beyond to help during the trip. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our time at this cute little house. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was even coffee readily available. This is a clearly experienced host who knows the basics people are looking for. We had our two littles with us so no stairs inside was a plus! We would stay here again :)
