Stayed May 14, 2026Loved this house! Clean and comfortable. It has everything you need and more. If you showed up after a long day of travel you didn’t have to go to the grocery store right away…there was tp, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. They even stock you with some quick snacks and coffee! I’m a wine drinker and couldn’t believe they even had a wine stopper when you accidentally throw out the cork (me). Beautiful woods and quiet on the deck. Absolutely loved this place and recommended it to friends with kids at UTK

Stayed May 8, 2026We stayed at this amazing property in Knoxville for 5 days and had a great experience at this Vrbo. The property was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The trees surrounding the property were especially beautiful and made the stay feel peaceful and relaxing. The host is also very responsive and recommended great places to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

The decor was soooo cute and it was so clean which is sooo important!!!! Will definitely be staying here when I come back to this area!!!!!!

Staying here has made me want to live here and I’ve already started my research. The souther hospitality is superb.all of th amenities that this stay has is beyond a blessing .
