Everything was pretty standard. No complaints from me, but the residents have children so if you’re looking for a super quiet stay then this might not be for you. It wasn’t any excessive noise, but you could hear them walking and talking above you.

The space was beautiful with easy access and easy instructions to follow for entering. Very cozy and welcoming space. The manager even provided everything we needed and some with time friendly responses as well! It was a great place to stay!

The accommodations were nice. The only issue I had was the WiFi. It was very weak. I was unable to work at the residence. I had to go somewhere else.

Adequate place to stay for a quick overnight stay. Comfortable and clean beds, hot shower, place to keep food and drinks.

Great accommodations. Relaxing clean quiet. Everything we wanted. Easy to find. Close to major shopping area. Even saw some amazing wildlife in the neighborhood. A small red fox was just down the street foraging under a tree. Great host. Great communication prior to our stay. 5*****

The basement suite was larger than expected. We really enjoyed the king size bed and never used the second bedroom. We especially appreciated the fact that we were kept warm even though the weather got really chilly outside. The BEST part -- no doubt -- was the large fenced backyard for our dogs! Although we do walk our dogs regularly, it was such a luxury to open the door and let them out without having to be leashed. The host was very nice and accommodated our needs. Tomas responded and communicated quickly. He treated us very well. The kitchen was more stocked than I expected and the frig was huge! We had instant hot water when showering! Thank you Tomas for the stay!

Clean space for spending one night for two of us. Would be nice accommodations for a larger family

Host made it very easy to come and go at all hours during the Holidays. Answered emails quickly. Nice space. Affordabe rate.

I think it's a great place probably the best deal in town it's a lot bigger than I expected. Our surprise he wasn't charging more I would definitely stay there again when I come back to town.

Repeat stay - always comfortable

The place was clean, beds comfortable, water gets hot and great pressure in the shower. Nice area with great places to eat nearby. You are renting a basement. You have to park on the street. Then you have to walk along a stone path down and around to get to the entrance. This isn’t easy while carrying luggage but otherwise fine. They prefer you to use the driveway leading to the path but if you are going to have guests, the driveway should be clear of snow and ice. Also you can hear people walking around upstairs but overall it wasn’t loud.

Comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Ample space and clean accommodations. Bitter cold morning but was warm inside. So many amenities I did not need for an overnight stay but would be ideal for a family traveling to Lincoln. Perfect for my needs when I travel into Lincoln for work. Easy to navigate to the residence. Will be a repeat guest in the future.

Host and walkout apt. Great. Would highly suggest this vrbo. We hope to visit again in the future. You made our visit extra special thank you.

The house was very clean. I would have liked to have seen more supplies in the kitchen like pot holders and dish cloth. The washcloths had that old musty smell to them but were clean and the toilet moved every time you sat down on it. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

The space

Very disappointed. There were several dirty areas throughout (see pics). Our welcome packet consisted of one piece of paper on a clipboard that was all crumbled as though it was taken out of the trash. There was a broken coffee table, cluttered and dirty cabinet interiors, a moldy shower curtain, electronics that were disconnected and a remote that worked if you messed with the batteries, dirty carpet in the back bedroom, to name a few things. The listing did not reflect the condition of the space. It was not how you would expect something to be presented to welcome guests.

We weren't there long enough to really get a huge impression, but everything was neat, clean and beds were comfortable.

The property was clean & very comfortable. We went down there for the game and stayed the night after. Check-in process was very easy. Would definitely stay there again

Was told it was a basement but the noise before 7 am was a lot. No sleeping in with kids running upstairs and yelling. Garbage can was full when we got there and we had to stack our garbage carefully to ensure it stayed in the can as if we set it next to the can, some type of animal would get into it and we would have to pick it up and put it in another bag. The stack of garbage attracted wasps which had started a nest in the broken door which led to my husband being stung. The walkway is poorly lit and with the amount of humidity it was slippery as the stones aren’t level. Overall cleaning in the unit is ok. Vents need to be cleaned. Main bedroom door has no Velcro to hang the “curtains” Bathroom toilet and shower drain need to be fixed. Bbq grill was dirty so we decide to cook inside where we discovered the frying pan was disgusting so we went to Walmart to buy a new one. If your just looking for some where to sleep unit is adequate but we were using it for vacation so we spent more time visiting with our friends from Lincoln.

It was a great experience and I would recommend this rental.

I read through all of the reviews and descriptions and knew what the stay would be and how it was laid out. No surprises.

I love this rental. The kitchen is fully equipped, the hosts are lovely and responsive, everything is spotlessly clean; the beds are comfortable. My dad lives in an assisted living facility in Lincoln and I fly in regularly to see him. I always stay here.

The rock pathway was a bit scary to my daughter. But we had a nice time. I had forgotten my hairdryer and she immediately brought her own down to me!!!

Love the neighborhood. Quiet, safe. Check in so easy. Owner’s checked with us to make sure everything was okay. It felt spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything is good

It was located in a nice area. Walkway is very dark, flood light comes on but half way down so very hard to see path. Hard to sleep with noise from upstairs. Unit did not lool like it had been properly cleaned. Food and leftovers in refrigerator. Shower had mold and hair. Behind bed and behind bathroom door was dust,hair and trash. Also trash along the baseboards. The curtains on the door were taped to hold up and the tape was fallen and tape had bugs so could not be properly secured. The host was very prompt on responding. Tried ro add photos but app would not allow

This VRBO was perfect for my daughter and myself to be able to get some rest between softball games. The neighborhood felt safe and the area was clean.

Overall cute and cozy place. Huge backyard and dog friendly. Great location. Quick communication. They worked with us on check in time. Nice neighbors. Things to know beforehand: you can hear every step people make or word said above you in the main house, baby may wake up crying early in the morning in the main house, there’s a coffee pot but no coffee or filters so bring your own supplies

We loved the setup of this place. It is very homey and comfortable. Host was very quick with responding and answering questions. The neighborhood is in a great location and quiet. Having the kitchen available and stocked with all you need to prepare food was awesome for us. If you're looking for a great space to relax and feel at home away from home we recommend this place!

We just needed a place to sleep while visiting relatives. This fits the bill. It was clean, quiet, and comfy.

Loved this property for my family of 4. It was great to have the separate bedroom with multiple sleeping options. With it being a basement, we could hear some noise from upstairs, but it wasn’t too bad (something I was worried about since I’m a light sleeper). Would definitely stay here again.

This property was very great for what we needed. The house was clean and easy to get to. Our dog enjoyed the fenced backyard and it was all as shown on the listing. The only problem we had was with the residents upstairs. We were trying to sleep and around 11:45pm the residents came home and were very loud. Although it wasn’t very long until it got quiet again, we would definitely stay here again!

We didn’t get to meet our host in person but he replied to our message in a timely manner. Our only negative about our stay is the path leading to the rental is uneven and dark before reaching motion activated light.I would have a flashlight along for the path after dark and to find light switch which is not near the door.

Easy drive to Haymarket, quiet neighborhood with fenced in yard for our dogs. Will stay again for our next visit to Lincoln.

I was in town for a quick overnight trip to visit family and this place served my needs quite well. The available amenities would have worked well even for an extended stay.
