Fantastic, well equipped, spacious beach house. We loved the open living space, modern kitchen, large flat section, awesome deck and all the little touches such as toys, games, lovely toiletries and warm outdoor shower. Handy location for beach, boat ramp and shops. Easy communication with host even when our dates changed. Would 100% recommend and would love to return - for longer this time!

Our family had an awesome stay at this house. The property is well appointed and exactly as in the photos. Communication with Rebekah was great and she was very responsive. Overall a wonderful time and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home for 5 days before and after a family wedding. The kitchen, laundry facilities, beds and sofa were very comfortable. The dining chairs were not comfortable but good enough with an added cushion from the couch. My only issue was that the clothes closet in the master bedroom was locked to store the owners belongings and I think that was a poor choice. The master closet should be available to the guest. The other closets that I used in the bunk rooms had too many unnecessary things in them and needed organizing. Other than that, a perfect stay.

The house is complete with almost of our needs, arranged neatly and in order. It has a comfortable beds and house has a huge amount of space for us. My son enjoyed playing on the deck with toys available in the house.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful family batch in Matarangi, and it exceeded all expectations! The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Its location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to both the beautiful beach and the golf course. We loved being able to enjoy beach days and leisurely rounds of golf within minutes. The atmosphere was perfect for our friends getaway, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Our first rental in NZ - plenty of room and quiet location. Easy drive to the beach. Kids appreciated the couches and Netflix. Beds were comfy, showers were great. Excellent stay.
