Modern Oceanfront Luxury Topsail Island Beach House Walkable to Surf City Pier

This house was exactly as described and more! Great location, very clean, gorgeous views, comfortable beds, and so darn cute! We hope to return soon!

This property is exceptional for several reasons - we are a family of 5, kids aged 8, 4 &2. Three bedrooms upstairs was perfect for us, and we had another family member in the downstairs apartment for 3 nights. The place is immaculate, clean, the perfect size for a no frills week at the beach. The kitchen and house has everything you could need to cook, play at the beach and relax. We were amazed that there were barely any people within 200 yards of us on the beach in either direction. But you are only about a mile from central Surf City, with plenty of restaurants, shops and ice cream stands to find plenty to do. The lifesaver has plenty of charm but is updated and accommodating. The host was wonderful in answering the few questions we had, and we greatly enjoyed out stay. Already considering going back!

Emily was a great hostess. She laid out all the details of our stay and was able to accommodate an early check in! This house was amazing. All of the beach amenities were taking care of for your stay. Towels, toys, chairs and beautiful views every morning. We definitely will be there again!

This remodeled beach cottage is beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and lovingly attended by a family who has owned it for many years. The hosts are extremely responsive and it's clear they want you to have a great experience. We did and hope to do it again!

Beatiful location and property, everything was exactly as described. Very clean and had so many personal touches that made us feel right at home. The view is incredible because you can't get much closer to the ocean, its right off the deck. The beach itself was very clean, easily accessible and no crowds whatsoever. We love staying at Lifesaver! This is our third year and have already reserved for next year! Plenty of room for everyone and can’t get much closer to the beach. House is always clean and has everything we need. The first week was during hurricane Debbie and the owners checked in on us to make sure we were OK and gave us some very useful advice.

This house isn't big but it feels big because of the open concept, large windows, minimalist decor. The decor is a Pottery Barn catalog - light with cozy furniture. Decor is 10/5 stars. It's also stocked with everything you need - games, books, towels, bedding, beach towels, beach toys. The house is right on the beach. The beach is pristine. The sand is soft and light and clean. The only ocean detritus that washes up are shells and an occasional piece of sea kelp. People who use the beach (residents and day visitors) are also clean and tidy so no seagulls! The beach is busy but it's not crowded & we never felt like we were fighting for space. Beach visitors were respectful of each other's personal space. The best part, no one was blaring music. It's a busy but quiet beach. The owners were responsive and kind. We had 1 day when the WiFi went out and after contacting Emily, she had it back up and running within 15 mins. Otherwise, no issues. The only downside is that to reach the restaurants, etc you have to walk on a narrow road with cars and no sidewalks. It isn't a quaint stroll. But that's not a house issue, that's an island issue. Overall, if you want a relaxing turnkey beach vacation, this is it.

This has always been my family’s favorite place to stay when we vacation in Topsail! The convenience and location is perfect for my family. The home is beautiful and we will continue to come back!

This was our 2nd time staying. My entire family loves the house, location, beach etc. House is spotless and well maintained and Emily is a pleasure. Definitely returning next year.

I cant say enough good things about our stay at this house in Surf City. 5 star hotels dont have the level of care and attention that the hosts paid to this house. It is in great shape, has an amazing view, beautifully decorated, the list goes on. Out of all my stays in rental properties this was the best. I highly highly recommend this property.

We have been coming to this property once a year for the last four years. The location and the property are both awesome. We have had numerous conversations with the owners. They have been exceedingly nice. I highly recommend this rental and plan on more rentals in the future.
