Stayed Nov 9, 2024A little gently used as advertised but if you overlook a little paint on the floor, missing moulding around the tub, and a wallpaper ooppps, the actual facility is well stocked, very clean and pleasantly updated. The pool area is fantastic 👌.

Stayed May 22, 2024We'd come back for sure. The owner was super helpful with minor problems. He was easy to work with. It is a safe neighborhood—a nice backyard with a pool. We had a great cookout with friends. I'd put this on your list if you are going to Austin. KFC

Stayed Sep 14, 2023We booked this Modern Oasis as a base for a birthday party with friends coming from both coasts. The layout is fantastic with all the kitchen tools you need and the outdoor area is an added bonus. It’s a short drive or Uber to downtown and there’s a HEB and Target really close by. Well worth the price for sure.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022We joined our daughter here for Thanksgiving and all loved this place. Very comfortable and beautiful fenced in yard with pool (too cool to use but enjoyed just looking) Appreciative they let us bring dog. Stayed Aug 11, 2022...and by hot I mean,like, 103 deg hot. Pool and outdoor space was great to cool off. House amazingly well equipped for take out or cooking. Rohit was great to work with.
