Stayed Jul 20, 2025The check-in process and parking was very easy. That part was great. Upon entering the unit, we immediately knew it wasn't clean or the cleaners did a very terrible job. There was food, hair, wrappers, etc. all over the floor and rugs. The bathroom floor and shower were covered in hair. The sink had a finger nail and hair. All three beds in the unit had long black hairs on the bed and sheets. There were two pillows with smears of something brown, probably make up. We stay in these types of units all of the time and I have never experienced something quite this bad. I immediately reached out to the owners and they requested the cleaners to come back a second time. I appreciated that, but even after the second cleaning... it wasn't the best. My family and I had zero confidence that we were sleeping in clean beds. That was very distracting from our trip. We were also only given one towel per person with no bath rugs. The floor was very slippery after showering, which is quite the risk the owners are taking. The kitchen was stocked with some helpful items, but nowhere near what was needed for cooking meals. There was one itty-bitty pan. Also, the wi-fi wasn't working so I had to reach out to the owners about that. The traffic noise inside the unit was very, very loud. The shared parking garage consistently had trash and food all over the ground. One positive thing was the location. I felt like we were close enough to entertainment, but not so close that it was crowded.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025The location was good for a first time stay in Nashville. Areas of improvement would be: better mattresses on all the beds( corners of bed in bigger bedroom were a hazard because they jut out and are easy to run into causing bruised shins), instructions on how to get live TV streamed on TV, missing basic items like Kleenex and t-towels to dry dishes. It was not the best choice for 4 adults to share because the 2nd bathroom was not next to the 2nd bedroom. Also, one of our reserved parking spots was usually not available.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024Overall great, especially for the price! Very convenient and easy to access as I was visiting my daughter at Creighton. Only issue was ambiguous parking directions but the property manager was very responsive which helped!

Stayed Nov 1, 2024The mattresses on the twin beds were awful. There were no box springs and they sagged something terrible. I can't believe a unit would be rented with them. There were 3 of us and we stayed 4 nights and had 4 towels, so our choice was to buy some or wash them every day. So we had to buy soap.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024We took our daughter and a friend to Nashville to celebrate their 21st birthday! The location of the property was great, could get to anywhere we wanted to go within about 10-12 minutes. Having a parking garage was wonderful! We parked our car and essentially Ubered everywhere. The pictures of the unit were accurate, however didn’t realize how small the second bedroom was. Very difficult to accommodate two 21 year old girls with all their luggage. Had some issues initially with internet, but the hosts were super responsive and took care of everything immediately. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom were super comfortable! The mattresses in the secondary bedroom not so much. The girls struggled a bit with the deep impressions in the mattresses. I believe there were some Bucky boards there (at least boxes sitting in the secondary bedroom) but we didn’t open them to see what was there and it was never so bad we felt like we needed to alert the hosts at the time. Just a future consideration they might want to take. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! Just know that the secondary is really small, so plan accordingly!!

Stayed Apr 1, 2024I was in Nashville as an advocate for a patient at Vanderbilt hospital who was in-patient for 2 weeks. This was the perfect solution. The apartment was in a great location, parking was well-lit and available, the apartment was clean, comfortable and gave me a place to unwind after spending the days at the hospital. I couldn't have asked for more.
