Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our four week stay at this location was absolutely wonderful. The home was beautiful and clean and all the amenities that we needed. The owners thought of everything. And the use of the golf cart and running around and exploring the Villages was the best part. We fell in love with the Villages and have bought a house there and are moving there in September !!

The home was newly furnished and very clean. The owners thought of every need. The golf cart was new and very fun. The location was very convenient to many restaurants and Walmart.

The house is showing signs of age, but was nonetheless clean and really did have everything we needed (and more) during our stay, A few small things did go wrong, but these were very very promptly addressed by Down Home Property Management. House location is pretty good.

We so enjoyed the gas golf cart and drove it all over. The grocery store was less than 7 minutes away by cart, and Sumpter Landing was almost a daily drive. The pools were within walking distance. The only bad thing is it was already rented for 2020.

The fridge got fixed quickly and we were reimbursed for our expenses.Other then that no complaints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was my second winter at The Villages so I knew what to expect, how I wanted things, and where I wanted to be. I was primarily there to golf. The unit was centrally located for golf and all support necessities. The unit was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. THere is something to be said for living in an environment where every unit as far as the eye can see is identical. Coming and going, using the garage door opener made things indispensible GPS told me exactly how to get anywhere I wanted to go. As it turned out I was remarkably centered for my entire stay. The TV reception (option wise) was a bit limited. I hooked up my ROKU and was very happy. Slept great in the Queen bedroom and the shower was terrific.
