Welcome to the “Cardiff Resort Living,” (Encinitas Short Term Permit number; RNTL 0078622018) located in the heart of the prestigious Cardiff Composer District, this modern custom resort home has beautiful panoramic ocean views and walkability to all this beach community has to offer. Come dip in the pool after a great day at the beach or relax with family and friends in the Jacuzzi or by the outdoor fireplace. This private resort home is a perfect getaway to share those specialmemories!

Cardiff is one of the most stylish and desirable West Coast communities. This contemporary home is within walking distance to the San Elijo State Beach, Cardiff Town Center, home of the famous Seaside Market (Cardiff Crack), VG’s Donuts, and numerous restaurants and cafés; and great driving proximity to Legoland, Seaworld, Del Mar Racetrack, Downtown, as well as many other premier attractions.
This remodeled and professionally decorated home is 3,934 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 beds have en suite baths, comfortably sleeps 8 in beds, and maximum occupancy of 9. The home has indoor/outdoor living, large backyard, features high-end fixtures and furnishings (Wolf range, Bosch/Miele appliances, Blanco faucets & sinks, & Restoration Hardware furnishings). Every decision to complete this home was excellently executed, making it elegant as well as comfortable. Come play, rest, relax, and recharge.
The beautiful backyard is an entertaining dream with the large pool/jacuzzi, built in BBQ, and outdoor fire place. The pool is private and finished with pebble sheen blue granite.
There are 5 split levels which allows guests to enjoy their privacy. The top level includes 2 bedrooms, master bedroom and guest bedroom #1. Master bedroom is West facing, sliding doors lead to private deck and ocean views, king bed, large en suite bathroom, soaking tub, standing and steam shower, TV, and fire place. Guest bedroom #1 has a full over full bunk bed, and no bath equip with a large closet and a TV.
The 4th level has a spacious living room, West facing, TV, fireplace, and private deck with ocean views.
The 3rd level is the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, dining room, and laundry (washer/dryer). Guest bedroom #2 is West facing, king bed, and full en suite bathroom. Guest bedroom #3 has a queen bed and full en suite bath. Bedroom #2 and dining room leads to a deck and backyard. The modern kitchen is fully updated, (3) high-top stools, and family dining room table with seating for (10). It has everything you need to enjoy a nice meal with your family and friends.
The 2nd level has another living room, TV, wet bar, and full bathroom. Sliding doors lead to the backyard and pool. And the 1st level is the garage.
All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premier linens for your ultimate comfort and have televisions for your enjoyment. Amenities include air conditioning, washer/dryer, WIFI, cable, 4 car garage with two spots available for parking along with 2 driveway parking spaces, for a total of 4 parking spots in total. There is absolutely no street parking even for visitors - per city regulations. Please read the parking regulations below and be sure you are able to comply prior to renting the house. These rules for street parking do not apply for guests staying in excess of 30 days.

This property is less than ½ a mile to the beach, 4 miles Del Mar Race Track, and 1 mile to the 5 Freeway.
This contemporary home offers an open floorplan and has been appointed with professionally designed interiors with style and function.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Maximum occupancy of 9, sleeps 8 people in beds (2 king beds, 1 queen, & 1 bunk bed full over full), & 4-7 day minimum stay depending on the time of year booked. Maximum day capacity of 15 during the day and 9 in the evening (between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am).
There is no elevator so this home may not be appropriate for everyone.
There is no smoking inside or outside this property – NO EXCEPTIONS.
This home has air conditioning, and because the size of the property there is an additional fee to use the air, but heating is included. Also an additional pool heating fees may apply, Please contact the host for additional details.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Absolutely no events or parties at this property quiet enjoyment only as this is a residential neighborhood and neighbors privacy needs to be respected. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this property.

PARKING AT THE HOUSE IS LIMITED TO THE FOUR SPOTS DISCRIBED BELOW AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO STREET PARKING.

• Street Parking rules and regulations are strictly enforced by the city. Failure to comply with parking rules and regulations will result in your car being towed and or a large fine. Your host may lose their license to operate at a short term rental compliance is mandatory.

• Very important there are four parking spots on property please park there. Two in the garage and two in the driveway. The two in the garage fit small to medium cars and the two on the driveway fit large to medium cars.

• There is ABSOLUTLY NO STREET PARKING AT ANYTIME you will be towed and fined a minimum of $1k.

• Parking restrictions apply to any daytime visitors. STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED FOR THEM AS WELL AT ANYTIME. This is strictly enforced by the City. Your host will also incur a considerable fine and or lose their right to operate as a short term rental. If you receive a ticket and are towed as a result of non-compliance. That fine along with the host fine will be your responsibility. Please park ONLY in the designated parking spots as indicated above. No day or night street parking is permitted.

• If you have questions regarding Parking contact your host.

• If you have a visitor they can park in the spots provided at the house or they need to uber to the house but they may not park on the street at Any time.

• Do not park in any way that obstructs the street.

• Commercial Vehicles are not permitted to be parked in this neighborhood. They require a special permit from the city. Fines and towing will result.

    The property was well described by VRBO website. Most everything worked well except kitchen tv and garage remote. Be careful of the shower controls it is very easy to scold yourself or turn on all cold water, confusing! Pool and hot tub were great but not overly warm. Very private with no noise from the neighborhood. Kinda tricky to find with several turns required, but cell phone mapping worked well. The house is designed for multiple people with lots of room to have your own privacy or group gatherings.
