Modern Lux House Located Near Casinos with Free Parking

It was the worst. First the house smelled stale and like smoke. Second it was not clean we had to clean it before we could do anything. Third there was nonhot water, the next morning I notified them there was no hot water and they sent the next door neighbor to fix the hot water. Then they said it would take about thirty mjnutes for it to warm up. It never did but they sent someone over to check it and she decided it was hot but it was not to us. Fourth there were holes in the floor and lots of other things. We had a little girl with us and the place was not safe. We only stayed one night and I called customer service and asked for a refund. I was told by Anthony that someone would get back with me and no one has so far. I don't want to but if I need to take legal actions to get a refund I will. The locks on the doors were these things that you slide into another thing but they had holes in the wall for them to slide into, the bathroom upstairs looked someone had knocked it all the way through it did not latch anymore so the door did not close completely. This house is unsafe and should not be available to rent until some major renovations have been completed. I have enclosed a few pictures to give you an idea of what we walked into.

This house was amazing and looked exactly how it looks in the pictures. The house was perfect for our group of nine. The house was super clean, cute and cozy. We all fell in love with the place. The host was awesome, answering any questions we had and also left a business card of a limo service that was able to pick us up and bring us back after our night out. I would defiantly rebook this house. 10/10!

The property was very clean and well maintained. Checking in to the house was very easy. The host wasn’t very responsive when I first started messaging but got significantly better the closer our stay got. The street we stayed on was fine but a couple streets in either direction was terrifying. Overall a really great experience! We remember this listing if I ever get back to Atlantic City.

We had a group of 7 stay here and it was great! More affordable then hotels, quick 5 minute Uber to the casinos, newly renovated and super cute for pictures!!

Our family stayed for a birthday and the house was perfect! Very simple to get into the home, the house was clean and super cute!! The home was so close to the casinos which was extremely convenient! Overall we loved it!
