Modern Lakeview Escape in Hickory - Pet friendly

The inside of the property was basically clean. There was mold in both showers and all of the handles in the bathrooms and the kitchen area were sticky. Food was left in the freezer and the refrigerator from prior tenants. Kitchen was well equipped with enough supplies. Beds were comfortable And clean. Overall condition of inside of the property is exactly as pictured, but it could definitely have used a better cleaning. Many of the knobs and handles in the bathroom such as the toilet paper holders were loose and not clean. The outside of the property was awful. There was mud splattered all over the steps. None of the landscaping was alive. The entire front door was dirty. The chairs outside were filthy, and sitting right next to dirty trash cans. If you are looking for a basic hotel type experience, someplace to lay your head and get a quick shower, and spend most of your time somewhere else, than this place is fine.

Second stay here. Love this house when we come to the area again we will be booking it. Clean, modern, convenient.

The house provided adequate space for our group however the road the house is located on is very busy all hours of the night. The house did appear to be clean upon check in but it does need some cosmetic attention. We really liked how close the property is to LR, it made move in weekend easier! The master bed is very comfortable Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The veiw of the lake was a calming view to start the day.

Cute property, super clean and looks exactly as pictured. Beds are super comfy and there was more than enough room for 4 adults to spread out. Would definitely book again if I’m in the area!
