The absolute BEST place to stay in Hickory!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Hickory! Eddie the owner is so welcoming and you feel at home quickly. Apartment is very nicely decorated, furnished and clean. Even had a basket of snacks if needed. The yard is landscaped so beautiful. Just loved the trees and flowers. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. We will diffinately stay again when visiting family in Hickory. Thanks Eddie!

The apartment is perfectly clean and fresh and is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need for any length stay. The entire place is very well appointed with wifi and convenient locations for charging phones, computers and such. The bath room is beautiful but the shower could use a small rack for wash clothes etc and a couple of safety handles and perhaps a small teak seat for old folks like me. This would be our first choice for any future stays in the area and we would highly recommend it to any travelers going to the Hickory area.

Second time we have stayed here. Lovely place with well equipped kitchen.

Larry was our host this weekend and greeted us when we arrived. He was always available for questions or anything we needed, but really they had already thought of everything. This apartment is in a beautifully restored older home and exactly as the photos and other reviews describe. We were in town for a wedding but now we’re looking for another reason to come back and stay here again! Note: this is a second floor apartment with a private entrance.

I came to town to visit a family member and needed a place to stay for a couple of days. I was very much pleased with this property. The space was spotless and the decor was elegant and comfortable. The location of the property was also a plus. If available I will definitely stay again for future trips.

This is a beautiful apartment attached to a gorgeous historical house. The location is amazing. The apartment has everything you will need and is so cozy. Eddie and Larry are fabulous host and had great suggestions that made our visit to Hickory exactly what we were looking for. This will be our go to place when in Hickory.

Beautifully decorated, graciously hosted, thoughtfully appointed and lusciously comfortable downtown treetop hideaway. Atrium makes a lovely, well lit designated work space. Short, easy walk to LRU, Union Square. Thank you for the perfect home away from home!

We were thrilled to find this updated, historic apartment conveniently located in town. Would definitely stay again. Accommodations were perfect!

Perfect stay for couple. Lovely hosts. Great location for us as our daughter is only ten blocks away. Has everything one needs even for cooking for family to visit.
