Modern Lake House 3 Blocks from the Lake!

Amazing place to stay this house is above and beyond

We love that the host thought of the little things to make our stay feel more at home. Our time spent at the lake house was full of fun, games, laughter and precious memories. We came to celebrate Christmas with our family and extended family and we had a wonderful time.

We were there for a girls trip and had such a great visit. The house was beautiful and all the little extras made our visit extra special. The host was always quickly responsive to any correspondence. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow!! What a pleasure it is to walk into a home that is NICER than it looks in the listing! Truly a LUXurious retreat, complete with game room for the kids, posh kitchen and bathroom amenities, huge TVs in every room, installed sound system in the main living room, and a beautiful and cozy backyard. The extra special features for us were the free tray of snacks that greeted us by the entry door, and the bath robes which came in handy for stepping out of the hot tub into the chilly autumn air. This host knows how to pamper their guests!! Five Star Plus!!

This house is excellent! Inside is so nice, bathrooms are beautiful, lots of nice details and thoughtful touches. Loved the backyard and fire pit as well. We really enjoyed our stay

The property was beautiful and very nicely decorated. It was very clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, lots of space, so many thoughtful extras were provided and communication with the owners was extremely easy. It was just as pictured and the walk to the lake was very short. The neighborhood was quiet and the back yard fence provided privacy. The hot tub was wonderful. We would for sure rent this property again!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights with our dog and had a wonderful time! The pictures and the listing perfectly matched reality.First, the brand new house has such a thoughtful design. If we were to ever build our own short-term rental we'd take a lot of inspiration from this place. Everything was comfortable and impeccably clean, and the layout was really perfect. Kaitlyn was a wonderful host and thought of pretty much everything, from a selection of snacks and coffee syrups and for us to treats and a toy for our dog! The availability of the garage was also very convenient.We enjoyed the location which was close to anything you could want, and we brought our bikes to be able to take advantage of the Buckeye Lake bike trail, which the evening rides along the lake did not disappoint. There was also plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the property from the comfortable game room and entertainment selections to the backyard and hot tub. You really can't go wrong by choosing to stay here and we will definitely choose to stay again the next time we find ourselves looking to visit the area.

This house exceeded my expectations! You can tell the owners have thought about everything down to the welcome snacks. The property had everything you needed and was impeccably taken care of. You will not be disappointed if you end up stay here! 10/10!
