Modern Industrial Gem in the heart of North Park, San Diego

Beautiful property and open, quick communication with owner when needed. Would definitely rent again!

Another amazing stay in this wonderful home! As always, Sarah and Vivian made sure the house was clean, stocked and ready for our arrival. Check in instructions were easy and clear. We love the neighborhood and the proximity to so many of San Diego’s best places. This is by far our favorite VRBO rental - and we can’t wait to return.

Viv and Sarah thought of everything in this place! We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. The home and the neighborhood were amazing. We miss it already!

Beautiful, well-appointed, comfortable home in a convenient and fun neighborhood. Excellent communication and reasonable expectations. Worked perfectly for us and our adult children. Would 10/10 reserve again.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay with three generations ranging in age from 34 to 93. The house is spotless, the amenities thoughtful and ample, hostess is gracious, and the kitchen and outside patio are wonderful. One of the great-grandmas did not find the pullout couch downstairs to be comfortable but we were able to put a few quilts underneath the sheet and she did not complain (much) the next day. It is very quiet in the house despite being close to a lively corner. A wonderful coffee shop is across the street and the bbq next door is excellent. Highly recommended. The hosts obviously care about maintaining a quality product and make sure guests enjoy their star.

A great rental! Likely one of the best stocked rentals we've experienced, felt more like a home than a rental and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating. Super clean. Location is excellent, easy to navigate to restaurants etc and a cute grocery store just around the corner.

Nice stay for a wedding weekend. We had 3 adult couples. Great location with many restaurants in walking distance. Owner promptly responded to all questions/issues.

My group and I loved the home. I'm a VRBO host myself and was very impressed with all the small details throughout the property and the host's responsiveness. We would certainly stay here again!

My wife and I stayed for the 2nd time at this property for the month of February. Great house, great neighborhood and just a great location. Management is great and house is well stocked

We had such a great stay at this property. Couldn’t say enough good things about the house, the location, the hosts. We’d definitely return to rent it again.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! Location was fantastic, we had everything we needed, outdoor spaces really nice. Superb kitchen, and I am not a chef, love the stainless countertops. Great stay!!!
