Experience the pinnacle of comfort and luxury at Turtle Ransas, a newly built three-story house with three furnished balconies, two tabletop firepits, and an upscale full kitchen. As the name suggests, this welcoming vacation home features turtle-themed decor.

Unwind in the bright and open living area,where a smart TV and surf decor await. The family room features a sectional and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a coastal vibe. The breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table seats eight. This house offers ample outdoor space for enjoying the coastal breeze with a partial beach view from the second floor and the third balcony. This unit is on the second row from the beach making it within short walking distance. Both balconies feature an inviting tabletop gas firepit.

Each bedroom has a smart TV. The primary suite has high ceilings, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second suite's bathroom has a walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have a full bathroom between them that is configured with a tub/shower combination. An additional bathroom has a walk-in shower.

As part of the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, enjoy access to a groomed beach, two resort pools (heated during our winter season and open year-round), renowned restaurants, and a beautifully redesigned 9-hole golf course. Rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury. You'll also enjoy food service across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach. The newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course incorporates the best of proper links-style play, with inspired greens and lush fairways lined with native grasses. For on-site dining, you'll find REDS Patio Bar, the Agave Poolside Cantina, and the award-winning Black Marlin Seaside Grill.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent seasonally via Guest Services.
For all the Tesla EV owners, there is a 240v plug in the carport. You will need a Tesla Nema 14-50 plug adaptor for your charging cord. Giving you an estimated 25 miles per hour charging capability.
An EV charger Juicebox Enel X J1772 40 Amp) is available for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Beautiful home away from home! Great for our family with teen, adult children, and young grandchildren. Main living space for all 10 of us never felt cramped. Kitchen well appointed. Plenty of bathrooms/showers and comfy sleeping spaces. Has lots of toys for young ones and games and puzzles for the older. Outside decks are inviting esp 3th floor one. No beach toys but Dollar General or the Texan are close. Resort amenities are nice, clean, walkable, while beach is an easy walk or golf cart ride away. Recommend renting one for at least a day just for the fun of it and convenience for beach. If came back this way would definitely stay at Turtle Ransas again.

    Great stay. House had everything we needed and plenty of parking. One of the closer homes to the boardwalk and a small view of ocean from the patio! Lots of indoor and outdoor dining seating options, separate living room spaces upstairs & downstairs for kids and adults to enjoy time away from each other

    Beautiful home! Bathrooms are gorgeous and kitchen is well equipped. The pools are great for little kids and the swim up bar was a nice feature for the adults. Starbucks truck in the neighborhood was a nice treat. Walkable Reds Bar and Black Marlin restaurant. You will not need to leave the neighborhood as it really has everything you need. I’ll definitely be referring this home to Friends and Family and we’ll be back for sure.

    We loved everything about the home, the amount of space it had, they was their decor was. The restrooms and kitchen were my favorite! I loved that it had bunks beds and toys for children. I loved the kitchen island and the outside balconies. The location was perfect as well!! It’s a 10/10 home! Will definitely come back again!

    what a Awesome home… gorgeous decor, awesome pool and did not need a golf cart because the beach access road is off the property. only wish they had a BBQ grill.
