The house is less than 5 minutes walk from Itacoatiara Beach, in a super reserved place in the neighborhood, considered the most exclusive in the Oceanic Region of Niterói. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, suites with balconies (a master suite with a whirlpool and panoramic views). 50m2 lounge with 51 'TV (4K / NET HD), fully equipped dining room, pantry and kitchen, including an air-conditioned wine cellar for 36 bottles.

One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other three onthe second floor, separated by a large mezzanine. Complete leisure with swimming pool and barbecue and utensils. The house also has a bicycle (Caloi 100) equipped with a basket and surf equipment (9 feet board and bodyboard) available to guests.

The neighborhood and Itacoatiara Beach are about 30 kilometers from Rio de Janeiro and have total security, as it has only one entrance and exit regulated by the Military Police. Restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, located at the entrance to the neighborhood. Bars, snack bars and beach kiosks about 300 meters away from the house. The residence also has a covered garage for up to 2 cars and a solar heating system.

Just wanted to say a big thank you for renting the house. Beautifully located, right next to the beach a comfortable and safe area. The kids had a great time, with all amenities very close by. The house is modern and clean, well air conditioned for the hot days and great bbq area. To all, strongly recommend contacting Luiz, very helpful and on hand for any problems. Robert
