Buitafull view nice place the owner was very nice short walk to beach I would for sure recommend this place to friends and family make sure you get groceries at the market before comeing

We stayed with Eloete for 10 days during the World Cup and we had an amazing time. The views are amazing, right across the bay to Rio and the little fishing village where the house is located was beautiful. The house was clean and tidy and we really enjoyed out stay. By far the best part was the host Eloete, she made the whole experience amazing going above and beyond the help us and make sure we had all the things and info we needed. She was fantastic - i miss her!!!

RELAX ON THE TERRACE, BASK IN THE SUN OR GO FOR A SWIM IN THE CRYSTAL- CLEAR OCEAN JUST BELOW ELOETE'S CHARMING POUSADA ! WHATEVER YOUR IDEA OF A PERFECT VACATION IN RIO, HER HOUSE IS A MIX OF COMFORT, SERENITY AND GOOD LIVING. YOU JUST HAVE TO CROSS THE GUANABARA BAY... AND ENJOY.

Great views. Just a few minute walk down to the beach. If you walk down in the morning you can buy some fresh fish or paddle board. 5 min away there is a bus that can take you into central Rio and with just one transfer you can get to Ipanema or Copacabana. Eloete is an extremely nice and welcoming host. One of the people in my party got a little sick and she brought her to the pharmacy to get the right medicine and helped us get world cup stuff. She was very helpful even though her English wasn't great but google translate on her phone helped a lot and was quite funny at times. We had 8 people stay in the house during the world cup. There were two bedrooms at the time of our stay but Eloete is making a third. Each bedroom had a large flat screen and the living room did as well. There was a kitchen inside the house and a bbq on the blacony. My friends and I spent most of our time on the balcony. I would definitely recommend this house. It's nice to be out of the main part of the city and you get great views of Rio, Sugar Loaf, and Copacabana across the bay and you can even see the light of Christ the Redeemer at night. The price was great compared to the others trying to rip us off during the world cup. If I come back for the Olympics I would definitely stay here. Besides having a great house you get a great host. Eloete is so kind and amazing. Thanks for a great stay.
