Escape to the beautiful seaside township of Jan Juc in a newly built two-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat.

This property is located at the top of the hill and has spectacular views to the east over the township of Jan Juc with the glittering ocean and the Mornington Peninsula on the other side of Port Phillip Bay in the background. The views to the west are calm and peaceful over adjoining farm land and out to the Otway Ranges.

We are surrounded by stunning bird life and if you're lucky you may see some kangaroos in the back fields or an echida wandering past the property.

We are located just off the Great Ocean Road with easy access to great beaches and attractions in the area including the iconic Bells Beach, Torquay’s surf shops and restuarants, Point Addis Marine National Park and the breathtaking coastal lookouts that make this region famous.

Inside, you’ll find one bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with two king-single beds (making this room very comfortable for 2 adults). The open-plan living, dining and kitchen is a cosy communal area to relax during your stay with wonderful views of the ocean.

Guests will have shared access to a newly-constructed 10m resort-style pool on the property. WiFi and a 65 inch Smart TV with access to Netflix are also provided.

Please note: This property is newly built and landscaping has not yet been completed - there are no mature trees on the property itself but this means the views are uninterrupted. The price of the property has been discounted slightly to take this into consideration.

Guests can access to the property through a keybox and can arrive at any time.

We have outdoor power points which can be used to charge electric vehicles for free but please do reach out to us so we can discuss the best charging times to make use of solar and EV electricity rates.
