Awesome location and wonderful host!’

We all loved the location (easy walk to the riverwalk) and close to family members who live neartby. All rooms were attractively decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen was perfect to help prepare Thanksgiving sides. Best of all, our host was wonderfully responsive and very acommodating when we had a difficlut situation. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was good and functional. Worked well for our large group and staging for a wedding. Thanks

The property itself was gorgeous and had a lot of charm, and overall our stay was enjoyable. That said, there were a few issues worth noting for future guests. One of the bathroom doors was off its hinges when we arrived, and the fan and lights in the master bedroom did not work. The AC could have been stronger, especially in the warmer parts of the day.Privacy is limited — as expected for a downtown location — but you can literally see into the neighboring house from the bedroom. The parking situation was also tricky. It’s street parking only (first come, first serve), and while that’s completely normal where I’m from (NYC), the neighbors became upset when we parked in front of their house, which was uncomfortable.All that said, the property itself was beautiful, well-located, and had a lot to offer. With a few repairs and some clarity on parking expectations, it could easily be a five-star stay.

House was located in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods and looking at the historic homes in the area. Our house was just as described with everything we needed! Great location with a short walk to the boardwalk. Jordan was quick to respond when needed. Definitely recommend this VRBO for anyone’s stay in this area!

This was the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in! We had a big family (7 adults and 2 babies) staying and it was perfectly sized. It was clean, well stocked and in a very convenient location. This beautiful home has spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. The kitchen is wonderful, although the refrigerator is a bit small. The laundry was nice with its full-size washer and dryer, too. The house is walking distance to Front Street, so it's close to great restaurants and the river. This property is a gem!

We were in Wilmington for a family wedding. There were a lot of activities nearby on Front Street associated with the wedding. The house location was perfect. The house was beautiful with all the needed amenities.

516 allowed our family a comfortable stay while celebrating our youngest son’s wedding in downtown Wilmington. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. The home was spacious and comfortable. A lovely wraparound front porch was enjoy all! Any questions for owners had a rapid response time.

Absolutely wonderful and charming historic district home, meticulously kept and enough room for our family of 9 with even extra space! We will be coming back in the future! Very well stocked kitchen and the beds are the most comfortable we have ever had in a rental. Thank you for a great vacation experience!

Beautiful very spacious home in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Easily accommodated our large party of 11. Loved that every bedroom has a full bath. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The door access code worked on the first attempt and our initial impression was that the home was beautifully decorated and very calming. Each time we returned to the home, someone in our group would comment on how appealing it was. Each room had a minimalist feel and was roomy, clean, and bright. The dining area and living room had plenty of seating for our group of six adults. The beds were so comfortable that we asked Jared (host) where we could purchase similar mattresses and he promptly provided the information. There were plenty of electrical outlets in the main area to recharge our eleven laptops, tablets, phones, and drones and the wifi was fast and flawless. It was appointed with everything we needed, and the location was within walking distance to dining options and within 10 minutes drive to the airport. The next time we visit Wilmington, this home will be our top choice.

Very clean, nice home in Wilmington. Close to downtown. 4 spacious bedrooms. Great space for family to gather for a vacation. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We had a great time.
