Modern Home w/ Great Amenities

The property was great for our group of five people. The host responded very quickly to all of our questions before and during the stay. The property was clean. There was plenty of parking. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath (toilet and sink) on the second floor and three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third floor. Whoever stays on the first floor has to go to the second floor to use them toilet and third floor to take a shower. This was not a problem for us. I just like to know this info when I am looking for a place to stay, so I am putting it here to help others. This is a great property. We would stay here again.

In town for a wedding, house was perfect for all the comings and goings to all the festivities!

Really enjoyed our stay there. Booked for my daughter’s college graduation at Miami University to allow us room to eat in and comfortable space for all. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and close to many restaurants and activities (Top Golf, AMC movie theater) and reasonable drive to Oxford and not have to deal with the chaos there locally during graduation ceremonies.

This was our second time at this property and we had another great experience! We were in town for an event at Heritage Village Museum and this place is so close and convenient. Thanks again!

Mr. Charles is a wonderful host and we always get a great response if we need anything. This was our third time using his property and we feel very at home. Highly recommend!

Communication with Charles was great. The house was very comfortable. The house was very close to a lot of restaurants. I would stay again.

Great communication with owner. I gave him details, hopefully helping. We enjoyed our 10 day stay. The floors, kitchen countertops really hadn't been cleaned. I didn't mention it, tho, just cleaned it myself. Maybe men don't appreciate a clean floor for clean feet, so I gave latitude. Morning/afternoon rush hours were noisy with warehouse and 18 wheeler trucks, nearby train tracks. We have a sleep/white noise for those things....not our first overnight stay in vrbo or the other one:)

The house is in a great location. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The carpet is dated and dingy, the towels are just okay. The couch needed to be vacuumed. Hair and food on and in the cushions. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. It was nice to have access to the garage for parking a car.

Charles was very responsive when we messaged him and the kids loved the place. It has everything you need which is great when traveling.

The townhouse was great! It's well taken care of clean nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and useful. The kitchen had what we needed. We did run out of toilet paper but they brought us some immediately when I asked. I would recommend it.

Close to Linder tennis Facility! Grreat for 4 friends.

This place was perfect. Great neighborhood, very clean, close to everything we needed. We loved it. Would stay again.

The home was perfect. The teenagers were able to entertain themselves on the 2nd floor while the adults got their rest in the bedrooms on the basement floor and 3rd floor. Very convenient location to both Cincinnati Zoo and King’s Island. The property owner was very responsive and good to work with. Nice to have a garage.

My friends and I were in town for an event and this was the perfect location! The house is very cozy and quiet with great amenities. Our host was excellent and very prompt to reply to us during our stay. Highly recommend!

Overall, the condo was comfortable, lots of room and well stocked with the essentials. Location was good with a variety of restaurants located nearby.Had a few minor maintenance items that were reported to host. Big negative was the condition of the carpeting which was very worn and looked filthy.

In town for our daughter’s college graduation. Very nice place.

Our son graduated from University of Cincinnati this weekend. We are from out of town and needed a central location for our celebration.We were able to spend time with friends and family at the townhouse to celebrate.

We had a group of 6 adults with us from Texas, and everyone found their stay to be comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe and close to activities we wanted to do. We never figured out the internet and TV, likely human error, but everything else was great. We would recommend this location and property for sure!

Spacious, comfy and easy to access. Beds are extremely comfortable. Close to a ton of stuff to do. Was a teeny bit messy on arrival but nothing too egregious. Would highly recommend for groups of 4.

Our second stay here and it is so comfortable! Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen and the home had everything we needed. Love how well supplied they keep all paper products too. And they don’t have a long list of items to complete for checkout which is so nice. Oh, and we loved getting the use of the garage too! We’ll be back! Thanks!

This was the coziest place ever and felt just like home !! It’s in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It’s was sooooo clean and smelt fresh in every room . The beds were so comfortable I was glued almost all weekend !!! The host communicated great! Thank you so much for hosting us .
