Loved our stay here! Plenty of room, and very clean. Easy walk into Falmouth and not bad to walk to the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage.

This rental is in the lost phenomenal location. We walked all over Falmouth. You can walk west to the marina, south to beach or blocks from downtown Falmouth. We even walked to rent bikes for the Shining Sea Trail. The home was very clean and well appointed. Master bed super comfy and as we traveled from Texas, having shampoo, body wash and a hair dryer was appreciated. Home is a duplex but we didn’t experience any privacy or noise issues. All in all a great experience. We did have a few issues with a smoke detector and thermostat and Vacasa was super prompt to address concerns.

Location is perfect and walkable to most attractions and restaurants. Very clean, well stocked and nicely furnished. The hydrangeas in the yard are spectacular and the outdoor seating area is great for coffee and happy hour. It has a Keurig coffee maker and is stocked with a few Keurig pods to get started and also had some basics like olive oil, tea, and a few spices. Very happy to have booked it and highly recommend it!

We loved that many stores, restaurants and entertainment were very close by. House was well decorated and appreciated the kitchen with decent items for every day cooking.

LOVED being able to walk into town. And the reading nook/room on the bedroom level was a real bonus. well appointed kitchen with nice pots/pans- a plus for those that like to cook. everything was neat and clean. Would definitely stay here again

Had a great stay in Falmouth visiting friends for the weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location just a couple blocks from downtown, easily walkable. Check in was very easy and the host had a very nice welcome basket as well. Highly recommend!

This unit is situated in the heart of Falmouth extremely close to downtown walking to shops and restaurants. The beach is close. Property is clean and well stocked. Off the main road in very quiet. All in all perfect vacation.

The cleanliness was 10/10. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. The proximity couldn’t be beat-walks into town/Main Street were perfect.

The location was perfect - walking distance from the town center and beach. Falmouth is a lovely town with many options for shops, restaurants, bars etc. The layout of the house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting this home again.

Enjoyed our two-week stay for a family vacation. It was perfect for us and in walking distance to town and close to area beaches. The residence was clean and comfortable, and it was located in a quiet, pleasant, well-maintained neighborhood. I would recommend this home for your stay in the Falmouth, MA area

Great hideaway just minutes from downtown Falmouth. We had 4 guys down to get some spring golf in on the Cape and the location was perfect to easily get around the area and walk to dinner. Will definitely be a spot for the future.

Great location. Only thing I’d say is that kurig was hard with 6 adults. Maybe invest in coffee pot also?
