Modern Getaway | Hot Tub | Fireplace | Dog-Friendly

This was hands down the most well equipped home we have ever rented. We made a full Thanksgiving meal and lacked nothing in preparing the food. The hosts have thought of every amenity and “extra” to make guests feel at home. We traveled with my elderly parents and our adult kids and our dogs and everyone had an amazing stay. The hosts were so quick to respond from the moment of booking through to the end of our stay. The truest barometer for how these hosts operate was when upon departure we had a dead battery, all kinds of trouble with AAA and consequently, could not get out the door at the agreed check out time. They were kind, understanding and helpful. We will be back - next time with reliable car batteries!!

We had a great stay here! We had been this general area a couple years ago so we knew what to expect. Florissant is about 8 minutes away and has a mini mart and a couple restaurants. Divide is about 15 mins away and has the same. Woodland Park has alot more if you're looking for restaurants etc and is only about 20 minutes away. The house itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds and blankets were super comfy. We had our 45lb German Shorthair Pointer with us and he loved the space in the backyard to explore. The kitchen had everything I needed to make a few meals. I even noticed there was an instant pot and I think an air fryer, it was better stocked than most vrbo's we've stayed at for sure. The hot tub was consistently hot lol and in great working order, I loved having it to relax in in the evenings. Grill worked great. Communication was awesome, host is very attentive and stays in touch during your stay. We would definitely recommend this vrbo.

Great place for kids and dogs. Directions not quite accurate and little cell signal so check before you lose signal. Had everything we needed.

Fantastic home with plenty of room for our family. The house provides anything you could need from the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. We spent quite a bit of time walking in the neighborhood - it is very pleasant. The yard was perfect!

We loved this modern, open, beautiful house. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the high ceilings add a little bit of grandeur, but what we really loved was the open lurching/living and outdoor seating. It was just right for our two families with kids!

It was a nice stay. Clean and had what we needed. Only wish the patio was covered.

Location was amazing away from the city but close enough to go without it being a hassle. Kitchen was stocked. Back yard big enough for the dogs to play in. House was clean and very nice. Had a great stay.

Overall was ok with some few issues:Slippery entrance with black ice after snow removal.BBQ not working property needs cleaning or replacement.Outdoor seating chairs not covered and when we arrived we found them full of snow.

Easy to find quiet property. Neighbors in the area were extremely friendly. House was spotless and everything was adequately stocked on arrival. Host was extremely responsive and addressed any questions almost immediately. This is advertised as kid/pet friendly and is exactly that. The design and layout were done in a way where we weren't constantly worried the kids/dog were going to get into something or knock something over. Made for a more relaxing stay. The decorated Christmas Tree was a nice touch. Snowed one of the days we were there and the sloped property in front is great for little kids to sled down. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property, everything is clean and the amenities are modern. If you're looking for a rental away from bustling tourism, you found it. There is also a well stocked mini market near by.

Sitting in the hot tub watching the deer go by was great. The home is well located for fall peeping. It was very clean and well equipped as well.

We had a family with a 13, 18, and 20 year old kid plus a dog. We would eat breakfast and then spend the day sight seeing and hiking. The house was about a 0.5-1.0 hours away from most attractions. We came back from sight seeing in the early evenings and prepared dinner. Everything was very clean.

The property was one of the cleanest we have ever seen. The accommodations given were phenomenal, made it a lot easier to pack not needing much more than your clothes! Very quick responses and super friendly! Loved our stay!

My pup and I wanted to leave the city and the fireworks over the 4th of July. The property was clean and had a nice size fenced in yard. It was a peaceful stay which was just what we needed!

Nice, new, clean, relaxing property. A bit of a drive to town, but enjoyed the scenic drive.
