Stayed Jul 28, 2025The owner went above and beyond in every aspect with the amenities in the home, toiletries, laundry detergent (you name it) and excellent communication. He even gave us a wedding gift for our stay there on our honeymoon. Fantastic place!

Stayed Jul 22, 2025Beautiful views in a home big enough for a large family. The cabin feel, large property and huge deck add to the greatness of the home. We saw plenty of wildlife including a doe and her fawn. Andy is an amazing host and was quick to respond during our stay. We would love to come back.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful property and can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we booked, the host's communication was top-notch—prompt, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to provide us with detailed recommendations for local activities, dining spots, and hidden gems, which made planning our trip effortless and exciting. The property itself is a dream—tucked away in a secluded, peaceful location that feels like your own private retreat. It's the perfect place to unwind, far from crowds and noise, with nothing but nature and tranquility all around.Inside, the space is impressively generous. Every room feels spacious and thoughtfully laid out, making it ideal for both quiet relaxation and group gatherings. We never felt cramped, even with a full group. One of the absolute highlights was the kitchen. It’s incredibly well-stocked—far beyond the basics you usually find in a vacation rental. There was a full range of appliances (including multiple coffee makers, crockpots, and just about anything you would need!), and every utensil or piece of cookware we could possibly need. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a full family dinner, this kitchen has you covered. This place offers the perfect mix of comfort, seclusion, and hospitality. If you're looking for a serene escape with hosts who truly care about your experience, look no further. We’re already planning our return!

Stayed May 24, 2025Amazing property. I have never rented a property where there is not one thing I can think of to improve the property or experience. Until now. The manager/owner was so helpful. He gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area. The house was impecable upon arrival, check in was easy, the location was fabulous and the views were incredible. We bought groceries to cook dinners for the week and expected to need to pick up little things but they had every cooking dish, pan, seasoning, etc that we needed. The three bedrooms were so spacious, and the bonus room downstairs was perfect for the kids. The bathrooms were also perfectly stocked. We stayed with family & friends and still were able to have our own space. Wildlife was great as well. The easiest and best experience we’ve had. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Stayed Jul 31, 2024Andy was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed to get our stay off on the right foot and was more than accommodating when we needed additional help during our stay. Kudos to him for his personal touch. Our first impression of the house was not particularly favorable. When pulling up to the house, we were greeted by a number of keep out signs along the neighbor's fence line. The grounds immediately around the house have not been maintained. The driveway gravel is overgrown with grass, The grass is thigh high on a 5'7 adult and blocked the use of the lower porch swing. The wrap around deck is in need of repair (loose boards, soft boards, etc.) and the outside furniture finish has worn off which will stick to any knit clothing if you sit on the furniture. The inside of the home is very quaint and cozy. Very comfortable. I don't think the listing stated that there was no air conditioning, but we sure could've used it during our stay. 90+ degrees the first 2 days and 85+ in the house with the windows open. It took well until after 7 PM for the inside to cool back down to a comfortable temp for our liking. I don't mean to be overly critical, but the tall grass and deck conditions kept us from enjoying the outside, so this property just didn't meet our expectations.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Staying at this beautiful cabin was amazing. Our entire family loved hanging out or coming home to this peaceful cabin. There were deer, turkeys, squirrels, and chipmunks seen daily. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need - from the kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Andy, the host, was quick to respond to any questions we had before, during, and after the stay. When we return to Colorado Springs, we will, without a doubt, stay here.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024This property is located in a beautiful area, full of pine trees, with deer, squirrels, and plenty of birds that visit daily. The house felt more like a home away from home, rather than just a place to stay. It is fully stocked with everything you need for a week long vacation like we took. You only need to bring food to feed your family, everything else is provided, including pots and pans, plenty of dishes, shampoo and conditioners, towels, washer and dryer, board games, binoculars and even a telescope. Pikes Peak is visible from inside the house and the deck! The owner even provided bird food. I will definitely stay here again on our next Colorado vacation!!

Stayed May 18, 2024Our stay was spectacular!! My Wife and I stayed for 9 nights. We loved everything about the Cabin, the area we stayed and our host, Andy. The Cabin: Beautiful view of Pikes Peak (I think it is better than the photo even shows), Perfectly stocked with so many kitchen supplies, towels, and wood for the fireplace. 3 stories tall and very homey. The walk in shower downstairs is amazing, and we loved the kitchen. It's also well kept and very updated. Hands down 10/10. Highly recommend places nearby that My Wife & I traveled: Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Breckenridge, and Eleven Mile Canyon Road. In Woodland Park: Righteous Grounds Coffee shop, Java Haus, The Donut Mill, Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant, and a little outside Woodland Park: The Pantry. A nice trail to hike: Rainbow Gultch Trailhead. Also, a spectacular well hidden coffee shop close to the Cabin, my Wife & I found and maybe the best coffee nearby is: Wild Horses Cafe. The Host: Andy was amazing! He left my Wife & I, flowers, wine, and chocolate. He also asked me to call before our trip and told me about some really cool local places to check out and other logistics concerning places to get groceries, gas, restaurants, etc. He called to check and texted us just making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for everything Andy! You helped make our Honeymoon perfect. We hope you have many more people try your amazing Cabin. God bless. -Wes
