Modern Farmhouse 3Br/3.5Bth Home ☆☆Close to Johns Hopkins University &Downtown☆☆

Beautifully remodeled(!) row house; a small but comfortable end unit that was very quiet. Could not get the TV in the basement to function (seemed to have the wrong remote) but it didn’t matter since our daughter watches virtually everything on her phone anyway, nor could we get the remote for the electric fireplace to work but was able to figure out the touch panel on the bottom of the system. Convenient location.

The fridge was broken, the blow up mattress was not set up. There were several loose hinges and things that need to be fixed in the house.

This property is charming. Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Very clean. Everything you need is there. Parking is easy. Always a spot available right in front. Walking distance to Walgreens or 7/11 or a quaint food court. Quiet neighborhood. Bed/bath rooms are all very nice. Lots of electrical outlets for all the electronics!

House was beautiful and very clean! Within minutes of inner harbor and fells point. Neighbors were all very friendly. Only thing I would suggest is to have tvs in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was perfect! Off street parking but was able to park right in front of the house.

Great place! This is a gem of a house. The hosts provide everything you could need and then some. The kitchen is very well equipped for longer stays and the place spotless. Quiet at nights. We slept like babies!

Everything was great. We were able to check out a little later which was really helpful.

Our family of four enjoyed this comfortable, contemporary end unit rowhouse on a long weekend getaway to Baltimore. The street was not busy; we found close parking easily. A small urban park is across the street, and the neighborhood is walkable with coffee shops and the R House food hall nearby. Bathrooms were updated, clean, and had plentiful towels and supplies from the host. The third bedroom is in the basement, which has low and open beam ceilings that won't appeal to everyone, but there is an additional TV there.

This house is very charming! We had an excellent stay. We stayed 4 nights and found it very comfortable and had plenty extras in case you needed anything, hair dryer, tooth brush etc. pros: location 1 mile from John’s Hopkins campus, nice area, quiet street, up to date home, fun game area downstairs, bathroom on each level, no problem getting a parking spot cons: steep stairs (common in row houses), and the third bedroom is in the basement and not private.

My family stayed in Baltimore so the we could take my grandson (10) to Washington DC and also New York City. We have a great trip. The house was very welcoming when we arrived. Very nice furnishings, more than enough room for the 4 of us. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

We had a great long weekend at this listing. Shai was kind and incredibly responsive to our many questions. She was physically present to help us install an air mattress and provided much helpful insight into the home. We'd gladly stay here again.

Highly recommend!The property is exceptionally appointed & supplied. The decor is beautiful & of excellent quality. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming! just loved it! it is a city location so expect some noise but we had easy on-street parking and enjoyed the green space across the street while sitting on the porch with coffee!
