Stayed Oct 19, 2024This property is as described. It was a good size for 6 people with 4 queen size beds and 2 full baths. It was easy to get to and check in. It is on a fairly busy road so there was traffic noise. There is plenty of parking. Be aware that it's a duplex type residence so you're only renting one half.

Stayed Jun 8, 2021Home was well kept and owner’s family showed great hospitality towards our family. The electric lock can be fickle, but not to inconvenient. We would consider staying with them again. You can be anywhere in Nashville in 20-30 minutes.

Stayed Apr 13, 2019This was my first time using VRBO, so a little unsure what to expect. I might have missed this in the details of the property, but this rental appeared to be occupied on the back half of the house, making us a little uneasy about privacy. But if there were tenants they were extremely quiet and no one went in or out. Advertising as a duplex and not a full house seems more appropriate, but overall it was not a problem. when we arrived we discovered we had not been given the key code to get in previous to the check in time, so there was about a 15-minute panic about that nightmare coming true, but the host call us right back and we were able to get in without a problem. The house was clean, and ample amount of towels we're provided. Having a Kurig was really nice. The rates were fair for the house and location. Overall I would recommend booking this rental.

Stayed Aug 25, 2018Veey nice place for overnight stays. Kitchen upstairs was a little odd but we didn't use it much. It is very comfortable for sleeping and sitting around. We would stay there again.
