Modern Decor House in quiet and safe neighborhood

I did enjoy the spaciousness of the VRBO. I do however wish there were towels and rags for bathing, as well as tissue and paper towels. Some amenities did seem a bit dated but overall, pleasant stay.

The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for all of us.The front yard is great for pets. Great location!

The house is very big and close to Greensboro, which is why we were in NC. The neighborhood is upscale, on a lake. The house was clean. We had questions about the CO detector, and the owner was readily available to answer our questions.

The check in and out process was extremely easy. Location was great! The response time from the homeowner was very fast. I would recommend this house to any looking to have a girls weekend or family event!

The home is spacious. Very nice stay. However the home is not we stocked. -Bw sure to bring : tissue, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cups, The home definitely needs a few repairs. This was my second time staying and things have not been fixed. (Example doors and handles).It seems the owners don't visit the location much. It was clean inside. However, you can tell from the pictures the porch/deck is unkept. I had to tidie up before my guest came. I had reached out to the owners twice before my stay and the didn't respond. But when I reached out about the wrong WiFi password, they answered quickly. So it seems they get the messages even tho they may not respond. They are pretty laid back host.

The property was located in a nice place but I have handicap people and we couldn’t use the The garage it made it hard for us to park down by the garage. We had to walk back up that steep and the driveway. The toilets made noise when you flushed them but overall, it was a nice place.

The renting and payment process was simple and easy, checkin was even easier….I’ve stayed at several VRBO Properties and some do A lot more for their guests, this property however isn’t one of those properties…however was adequate for what we needed….lots of twin beds 10 to be exact….but could be pushed together to make a larger bed……the queen beds were extremely short (low to the floor) I’m 53 yo and 6’1” tall so it was like sleeping on the floor however they were perfect for my 5’1” tall wife! There are adequate utensils in the kitchen with the exception of a whisk and corkscrew (which I purchased and left! Also be prepared to hit up a store immediately because there will be no paper towels or dish rags in the kitchen! And intend to bring pods for your first day coffee! And some spray cleaners! The beds linens and pillows were very comfy! The front door lock was a little tricky but with a little googling was able to get in, also the network was listed wrong it’s the Netgear 33 network…..there are lots of big beautiful trees however if you intend to use the beautiful deck? Plan to clean it off first! There is plenty of parking however follow the parking instruction because there is a “Karen” neighbor that’ll complain if you don’t! The house next door was having a gathering and had the street clogged and we got the blame for it….to which I received a complaint from the homeowner but once I explained that we only had 3 cars and they were parked I. The specified spots they thanked me for the pictures I sent! Until the next day when the party started next door again and they took all our spots so I blocked several of their cars in which caused a confrontation! But my Attorney Daughter ended that confrontation! Lol. Be aware the loft upstairs the stairs are extremely steep and will be difficult to go up and down for anyone other than a kid! Next to the stairs going down……they are very steep and slick, my daughter fell down the lower flight and required a trip to urgent med! Great thing is Bethany Urgent Care is right around the corner!!!! All in all we had a great time and this was adequate for our needs but my expectations were pretty high, and my reality was the property fell short! Oh one other if you use washcloths better bring your own the entire house 14 beds 1 wash cloth! Lol now the upstairs master shower?!?!? WOW amazing hot water !!!!! So in summary decent property, good Value/Price but if you have elderly guests be careful!

We enjoyed the house and our time with family! Looking to rent again in the spring.
