Stayed Apr 16, 2026My child, mom, and I stayed here for my son's winter percussion competition at the Nutter Center and Dayton Arena. The location was perfect! The house was clean and the bed was fantastic. Communication was great and access was easy as well. The only minor complaint was from my kid who slept in one of the front rooms and said a few loud vehicles woke them up a few times. It is on a somewhat busy road, but getting in and out is easy as access is from the side road. We will definitely try to book here again next year.
