This was our first trip to The Villages. The Owner was very helpful by allowing us to check-in as my friend was sick with vertigo and unable to walk when we arrived. The next day we were able to get out and ride the golf cart and see what the fuss was all about. What a great community. This is how I would love to live my retirement years but it's not enough to keep me away from Grandkids. Seriously, everything anyone could want is right here in walking or golf-cart distance. We plan to return. Thankyou for your help.

Clean Property and great communication.

This rental was excellent and comfortable. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room were spacious and parking was easy. Coffee and snacks were plentiful and the neighborhood was quiet, relaxing, and close to restaurants and stores.

The house is beautiful, well-equipped and comfortable. The host, Val, responds quickly and generously to questions. The location is 10 minutes by golf cart to Spanish Springs and 15 minutes from Lake Sumter Landing Town Centers. We wouldn't hesitate to book this home again.

The property was exactly as described. Once you open the door and enter the home, you will find a totally updated interior with modern conveniences and finishes. The property felt very spacious with its open floor plan. The living area furniture was comfortable and enclosed front porch was inviting. Although we did not utilize the golf cart it was in the garage and available. My friend and I often like to try different cuisines while on vacation. As such, I would like to recommend the following restaurants: Coastal Del Mar (Seafood), The Chop House (Steakhouse), Francesca's (Italian), Campo Azul (Mexican) and The Legacy Restaurant at Nancy Lopez Country Club (American). I highly recommend taking the Sunset Tour by Epic Water Boat Tours and if offered during your stay a live performance at the Savannah Center. We saw The Wizard of Oz, and it was one of the best live performances I have seen.

Our host was most helpful in all aspects.Things went smooth in every manner.she was available when needed to answer all my questions and left helpful notes for us to know things about her home. The little amenities were so thoughtful and unexpected was such a nice idea. Her home was beautiful and well kept. We had a great stay and will recommend it to everyone. Perfect retreat! This rental is quiet, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Plenty of room for a family of 4, with everyone having a comfortable recliner. Everything is provided, including toothbrushes. Use of the gold cart was our favorite part of the stay! Communication with the owner, Val, was impeccable. This is the third place we have stayed in The Villages, and by far our favorite. I can’t recommend this rental enough. We hope to be back at this wonderful rental in the near future! Thank you Val!

Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable!

Beautiful property inside and out. The cleanest home we have ever seen and stayed in! Every amenity you need and more. This home is wonderfully decorated and is the coziest, most welcoming property and properly named “Serenity Place!” It’s literally home sweet home. The host, Valarie, was extremely gracious and accommodating! Will most definitely be back…10 stars and highly recommended!

Our stay was for visiting family 7/11 - 7/14 & this house was perfect. The pictures online are accurate. House has been very well taken care of & stocked with all the amenities you can think of. Neighborhood is quiet & neighbors are very friendly. Riding around in the golf cart was enjoyable.

What a beautiful home. My husband’s parents have lived at the villages for over 20 years. Recently they live in assisted living at Freedom point. Sadly, his mother passed away a week ago and we planned the services at the village’s.The siblings all rented VRBOs to be close to each other but ours by far was the best. So well decorated, clean and had all the amenities you could imagine. We were conveniently located to everything especially Freedom point which made it easier for my father in law to get out and visit a small group of family. Val the host was so great and answered all our questions. We hope it’s available the next time we want to come for a visit so we can call it our “Villages Home away from home”Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed home in the villages. It had everything we needed, including the golf cart which seats four and folding chairs we could use at the nearby town centers. Communication with the owners was easy and they provided all the information we requested. The home appears to be recently renovated and spotless. The moment we walked in the door it felt like we were at home. Could have just brought clothes and toiletries. This home was furnished with everything but groceries. Clean and very comfortable. Even my fur baby enjoyed his time. Enclosed courtyard gave me comfort in letting him out. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem in The Villages! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed — and having the golf cart was a huge bonus. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay again!

3 nite stay. Was there to look for homes to buy. Played a part three course and used golf cart. My aunt and uncle have a much nicer cart but that is ok. It worked.I recommend staying here

Outstanding rental! Great location close to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing, grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, restaurants, and the post office. Quiet neighborhoods. The house had absolutely everything we needed. Val was easy to contact and work with on a couple of questions. No issues. Highly recommend.

Great place with very comfortable king bed and bathroom for each couple. The added bonus of use of golf cart was appreciated and made this vrbo selection an added value. We did have one snafu; however, Val exhibited excellent customer service recovery and resolved the issue to our total satisfaction. Would recommend and return in the future.

Was having 3 days of work done on my house. Constant hammering, sawing, etc. knowing that would be so stressful I took a chance and booked my first ever VRBO through the Bring Fido app. Found Serenity located about 20 minutes from my house and it was perfect. Clean, quiet…..just what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Serenity and yes, I would book again if I’m in a situation where I need a quiet refuge.

There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this property. It was clean and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay in The Villages. The golf cart was an added feature that we took advantage of to go to the store, town square, and to visit relatives living in the vicinity. We will definitely keep this home in mind for the next time we visit.

This property was wonderful. The host really made sure we had all the amenities we needed. Although we did not use it, the golf cart was a bonus.

Stayed in this charming home while I looked at homes to purchase in the area. It is well furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay literally the only thing it was lacking was Kleenex. I stayed with my large dog and it had a fenced side yard that she could use and chase local lizards. It was also walkable and a close drive to excellent shopping including the mall. It has been completely updated so everything has been updated. The cost was less than a nice hotel and ever so much more comfortable. Thank you to my wonderful host Val!

The home was very nicely updated. Was close to pools and recreation centers. Valerie was so accomodating to have us stay at her home with only a couple of days notice. Very nice of her.
