Modern & Clean 3 Bedroom House with Sunroom

Kitchen was AMAZING … plenty of utensils. Rooms were spacious… comfortable beds. Our first VRBO experience…absolutely wonderful.

Great place to stay when visiting family. Comfortable beds, great kitchen and laundry room. The sunroom is a great place to sit with your morning cup of coffee! The hostess and host make you feel so welcomed that their place continues to be on our “Would Do Again” list!

House was everything that we needed and location was perfect for where we wanted to be. Only call out is that house is off the main road so little road noise and having to keep on eye on kids and merging out of driveway

This was a great home away from home for us while visiting Chicago. The kitchen was well stocked and the hosts communicated everything very well. Appreciated the notebook and referred to it often.

Love this modern house, the decorations and colors were spot on making us feel very comfortable. It was great seeing all of the conveniences like portable multi plug-in's on both sides of the beds in each bedroom. We had a great visit. Everything was perfect, so clean. Traveling with an infant, they made our stay feel like home. They were very helpful, accommodating and responded very quickly to all communications.

The property photos and details are accurate. The house is cozy, very clean, comfortable and well-furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, measuring cups, etc. The beds were comfortable. The only bathroom is a bit small but was fine for our needs. There is a small outdoor patio shaded by a large tree that is part of a much larger back yard. The house is located on a busy street, but the sound is pretty muffled when you are inside the house. I live on a busy street, so the sound of street traffic did not bother me at night. There are plenty of good restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Don't miss the Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy Store that is only a 5 minute drive from the house. The owners are responsive. We had no issues while at the house that needed to be addressed.

We loved staying here. Everything was readily available and comfortable. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Had the opportunity to bring my son for a visit to the neighborhood I grew up in. Although originally planned as only coming in for a celebration of life for a dear friends mother, we were able to throw in celebrating our 60th birthdays as well. Great location, beautiful home, filled with everything a person could need. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our granddaughters first trip to Chicago. The house was the perfect location to get anywhere we wanted to go. Easy access to public transportation to get to the Loop. Safe neighborhood. This charming house is very clean, comfortable with everything you need for yourself and others. Plenty of soft towels and comfy beds. The hosts are so kind and respond quickly. I can't recommend it more. Will be our go to next time we’re in town.

The Host made sure that all the essentials that needed to be available in the house were there. It was very clean. Communication was excellent. The location was fantastic and close to many different retail establishments. Highly recommend!

We were very comfortable! Except for the last night it was just my husband and I sleeping there! The last night my cousin and her husband stayed as they were bringing us to the airport. They felt very comfortable as well! The house was spotless and well equipped for us! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there if we are to return!

Lori and Boyan were wonderful hosts. Their level of communication was excellent. Their place was both adorable and clean. The treats, wine and water left for our use added a special touch. The guest book provided not only additional information about the home but also activities in the area. We would definitely try to stay in this home the next time we are visiting family in the area!

The place was spotless and the hosts very accommodating. It has an amazing, quiet backyard with bunnies and plenty of room for kids to run. It was a great home away from home.

My aunt and her sister wanted to have a week together in Chicago’s this was a perfect location for them and they enjoyed their stay very much.
