Thoughtfully stocked and comfortable

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable small cottage, perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). Hosts were fantastic, accessible and had easy communication. Super impressed with the info book at the cottage, digital guide, and easy access info left on fridge. Thoughtful details like that help to make the stay easy and stress free:)) We eat most breakfasts and dinners at home and the cottage had everything needed to prep and cooks meals. Washer/dryer was a huge plus. Fantastic location that gave us easy access to pond, bay, ocean, and rail trail. Grocery, gas, and pharmacy close, and cottage was set in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Thank you to our hosts for such a wonderful positive experience!

From start to finish, this cottage was by far the best stay in Eastham we've had. As yearly visitors of Eastham, we were extremely pleased with our stay. Briana and Jake provide visitors with an organized binder for activities, food, drink, beaches etc. that caters to regulars and first timers to the area. The cottage itself is conveniently located and provides more than enough necessities. It's modern with a vintage Cape Cod feeling. We are looking forward to booking this cottage again! Thank you!

The property is exceptionally clean and well appointed. It is well located to everything you'll want to visit in Eastham. The owner provided thorough instructions and clear expectations (like needing sheets for the pull out couch). The checkout process was not nearly as burdensome of many rental locations. While we typically stay with family in Eastham, a celebration of life created the need for extra space and this was perfect - if we are ever in a similar need again we will absolutely book this property.

We stayed 2 nights so that we could attend a funeral in the area. The property was exactly what we needed... clean, convenient, quiet and comfortable. In my opinion, this spot would be perfect for any Cape Cod visitors, and I hope to return for a fun Cape experience. It's close to the beaches, close to bike trails and a bike rental place, and a short drive to anything you might need to make your vacation memorable. I highly recommend this listing, and I thank our thoughtful hosts for sharing their place with us.

We loved our stay at Briana's cottage. It was so stinking cute, very very clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The price was a pleasant surprise too. We found the house to have everything we needed. Its location in Eastham was perfect, keeping all of the Capes hot spots very close and accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend the host and her cottage to anyone. If we ever return to the Cape we will certainly try to book there again.
