Modern canal home with private dock

House was clean and well stocked. Loved that they had beach chairs, extra blankets, and games for the kids. Location was great with canal access as well as being able to walk to the beach and into town. Fast responses with communication. Would stay again!

This was our second year at this property. It’s the perfect size for our 2 small families and a short walk to the beach. We love the huge deck over the canal and the seating under the house when thunderstorms roll in! We will certainly be back next year!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family. Very well stocked kitchen and every little detail was accounted for. Even the chef knives were sharp! Plenty of dishes and silverware for all of us The outside areas made the house even better. Quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Plenty of parking. House was clean and beds were comfy.

We loved having our boat with us during our stay. The place was spacious and we loved the outdoor deck area and first floor seating with ping pong table. There is plenty of parking as well with easy canal access to intercoastal waterway. It was well equipped! I would suggest the carpets be cleaned.

The house was just as listed. Beautiful open floor plan with great views of the canal. We brought our boat and enjoyed leaving from the dock. Would definitely book this house again!

Great location on the canal and just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house was great for a large family. It had all the amenities we could have needed.

Great trip. Was able to catch a couple of blue crabs in our crab trap we brought in the canal. Caught plenty of fish as well off the dock which excited all the kids.
