Modern Boho Family House Near Shops & Restaurants in East Nashville

This house was cute and had enough room for 6 of us. The seating area was big but didn’t have a lot of seating options. We used the dining chairs in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. Beds were comfortable.

The house was clean, spacious, welcoming and close to anything and everything!

Host was exceptional in every way and excellent communicator. Other than some of the mattresses needing replaced, our stay was perfect. Great location and had everything we needed.

The house was clean upon arrival and check-in was a breeze. It is in a great location. We were able to walk to the coffee shops and restaurants. Plenty of space to sleep and hangout for our group.

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville at this beautiful home! It had everything myself and friends needed and was a short ride to downtown! We also really enjoyed exploring east Nashville! Would definitely recommend this place for a stay.

Host was easy / quick to communicate with and helpful. I would’ve liked the downstairs furniture to be in better shape than it was (couch was not comfy or easy to sit on). Overall enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient.

When we decided to visit Nashville for our annual girls trip, I went on a hunt to find the best place for our group of 8. And to our luck, we found it. The host was extremely responsive. Place was clean, had everything we needed. We felt safe and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

House was exactly as advertised and felt very spacious inside, especially the common area. The location was perfect for easily hanging out in East Nashville and a quick trip into town to check out Broadway.

We just needed a place to crash for the night and booked last minute. The house was plenty large enough and had everything we needed for our quick stay. The house is in an older area with nearby homes being rehabbed. It's a quiet area though and we felt safe. We didn't stay long enough to know what was nearby other than the highway. The host was very kind and responsive considering our last minute stay. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Nashville.

It's a very nice place for a family get together. We drove to Nashville from Miami so needed a place that we can park our cars without the pricey charges. When we want to go into downtown, it's a short Uber/Lyft trip. The neighborhood is family-oriented with many good restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores are nearby. The house is very clean and well equipped with kitchen needs. All bedrooms are spacious. A couple of drawbacks: 1) There is no dining area indoor, only counter area with 4 stools, which is not enough space for a larger group. There is a dining set outdoor with 6 chairs if weather permits; and 2) the sofa in the living room is very, very uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

This property was great to stay at! Very cute, decorated well, clean and nice layout. It worked extremely well for my family. The host was very easy to work with and transparent with the checkout process etc. will stay here again!

Excellent communication. Loved the text making sure we’d made it and everything was good. Love the extras like coffee and filters and phone charger in the closet. Convenient to downtown attractions. Plenty of space for everyone. Would highly recommend.
