Amazing location in downtown Bentonville with so many places to walk to! Very nice and clean home.

This is a beautiful home situated close enough to walk and ride to almost everything you want to do in Bentonville. The house also has a great garage for your vehicle if you plan to drive anywhere. Beds are comfortable and the house has all you need.

Incredible location. Property was immaculate. Hot tub was clean and operational. Plenty of garage storage for bikes and gear. Would love to stay here again on our next Bentonville visit

A beautiful place. Kitchen was very modern and well planned. We were surprised that only one of the three bedrooms was on the first floor. Since it had an adjacent bathroom it became the master bedroom.

Didn’t use the hot tub. There for a wedding and a full length mirror was the only thing that we needed that wasn’t provided. Kleenex tissues are usually provided, but we purchased a couple of boxes. The home was just as pictured, very clean, comfortable bedding,and linens, nicely appointed thru out !

The house was perfect for a quick stay. It was clean and very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to restaurants and the Momentary. Highly recommend.

Extremely clean, very nice property in a very nice area. Close access to parks was great. The home itself is extremely comfortable, well furnished, and generally just very well built. It's nice to stay in a new construction home with such fancy finishes! The hot tub was in great shape and it was nice to have the garage to park in as well. Thank you!

Awesome place to stay. Close to everything. House is very clean and well stocked. Communication was great and it’s exactly as it looks. If I had one thing I would change (still 5 ) would be chairs in the sitting area. Couch is great but to just sit and watch TV at night… the two chairs are not comfortable.Bathrooms as great and large. Master suite is very nice and bed is super comfortable. Perfect location for The Momentary and the Bentonville Square. We will return for sure!

What a wonderful place for our family to stay for the weekend for a family friend’s wedding celebration! There was so much space. The bedrooms and baths all well appointed and we slept great. The kitchen was very well appointed with better pans and dishes than I have at home - time for an upgrade our place :). Garage was great. Too many rainy nights, so we didn’t use the hot tub, but the back patio area would have been perfect for it. We just loved it all. Thanks!

Enjoyed the layout and design of the property. Was very nice to have a full bathroom for each of the three bedrooms. Also, enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and short walk (10 mins) to the Bentonville Square. Also, the private back patio and hot tub is a nice addition. Only critique is it would be nice to be able to access the back door of the house. Parking is in back and you have to walk around to the front of the house to gain entry. Otherwise, the property was very clean and had all amenities (kitchen, bath, etc.) to make for a relaxing and convenient stay. Thank you

The home was beautiful! Kitchen had top of the line appliances, knives, etc. Very well stocked. Home is very clean and beautifully decorated. Close to downtown, 8th Street Market, bike trails.

We loved the place, had everything we needed. Clean, beautiful spaces, nicely decorated, close to everything, especially The Momentary, but also downtown Bentonville. We definitely will be back for a return visit.

We've stayed here before and would be happy to again. The property is tasteful, comfortable, well appointed and well located. 10/10.

I cant say enough great things about the home! The layout is perfect for a family, its in a stellar location and can walk/bike to everything! It was very clean, beds were comfy and we took advantage of the hot tub. We will definitely be staying again!

This property was perfect for our recent Bentonville getaway. Comfortable and spacious property with easy access to downtown and trail heads! Loved the convenient detached garage for bike storage and vehicle parking.

Plenty of room for 6 adults. Lovely decor. Great location. Coffee shop just down street. Easy communication with the host. Note that you park in garage in rear but the lock to enter at check-in is on the front door. There was a nice assortment of games to play. A request would be to have an additional floor mat in bathrooms. There is one for the sink, need one in front of shower in each bathroom.

We loved our stay in this cozy home right in the middle of everything! Coffee was about 20 steps away each morning, and the best food was equally as close! Wonderful visit at a super comfortable, well-thought-out home!

I loved everything about this property. Large beautiful and well appointed. My one critique is that you park in the garage at the back of the house and then have to walk around to the front to get in. If you would add a key pad on the back door you would solve the problem. Having said that you will love this home and I would stay there again.

This is a great location with lots of good restaurants nearby very close to downtown and Crystal Bridges, comfortable beds and a beautiful space. It looks exactly as the pictures depicted.

Clean and well appointed. Only very minor things I noticed were that there were no keys on the kitchen counter to lock and unlock the garage as stated in the description. Easy work around with garage keypad. I would also prefer a Keurig machine instead of a regular coffee pot, which seems to be the norm these days. Those are very minor things that caused no problems for us. This place is super nice and super clean. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Only stayed for a couple of nights but the house was extremely clean and in a great location. Easily rideable to trails and the city square. No issues while we there. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Bentonville!

Nice house! The location is pretty stellar if you’re there to mtn bike. You have quick access to the trails, downtown and restaurants. There is a nice hot tub. We didn’t use it but awesome to have the option after a long day on the trail. The Meteor is also right there for a great cup of coffee before heading out. Loved, loved the location. Small things to note that would’ve given it a 5… the master bedroom bed was hard as a rock. I mean, very hard. During check in they mentioned you would also receive a key but we didn’t see one. There is a key lock box but neither code worked. Not a big deal but it was a little inconvenient when you park at the back of the property or in the garage, and have to walk to the front to enter the property despite there being a back patio door.
