Modern Beach Retreat

Great location, easy check-in. We had plenty of room for everyone.

We rented this house in July, 2025. House is quite lovely, very clean, very spacious and very well stocked. It’s about a 7 mins walk to beach. We had a 3 and 4 year old and found it very reasonable. Yard is a bit small but w large deck and dead end road, kids had plenty of space for playing and riding bikes. Neighbors were all very friendly and outside shower was a Godsend. Kate, our host, was quite gracious - responded to queries before and during our stay very promptly. Availability of brooms and vacuum made for easy cleanup prior to departure. We would definitely consider re-renting in 2026.

What an awesome spot walking distance to Long Sands in York, ME. We had a group of 15 (10 adults 5 kids) and this house was perfect for us! Such a clean home with everything you could possibly need stocked. Communication with the hosts was extremely pleasant and we would certainly stay here again. Thanks for making our week so special!

We did a week long stay with family friends. Two families of four, with teenagers. We all had plenty of space and anything we could need. We walked to the beach several times during our stay, easy to walk back for lunch.

We are a 3 generational family who love York Beach and are able to all be together only ONE week a year and were delighted to find such a beautiful and TOTALLY vacation-geared home to enjoy our beach filled week! There is absolutely nothing it lacked— everything possible is provided, even some arcade-type games that kept the kids occupied when we were just chilling ourselves.? Thank you Kate! We would highly recommend this rental — location is perfect.

The house (which can’t be more than a cpl yrs old) is super nice and well appointed (including all of the kitchen items you could possibly want). House has a good layout for everyone to spread out. Would rent again w/o hesitation - owners are good communicators and very nice.

The house was perfect for our group. We had 10 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The finished basement was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would ever need. The included bed sheets, towels and beach chairs was a great perk as well. The location was great.. walking distance to the beach. Overall a perfect week. We would definitely stay here again.

Eveything was buttoned up when we arrived. Clean, short walk to the beach. Kate is very responsive. Highly reccomend.

3 families with 5 children under the age of 6 stayed comfortably in this house. The large basement with tv and games was a great place for the kids to hangout and play together after a long day at the beach. The beach wagons, beach towels, and beach toys were great and very much appreciated. The house is on a quiet street and it has a nice sized yard the kids could play in. We cooked most of our dinners at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. The extra large refrigerator was great and we were able to fit all of our food for the week with no problems. All of the rooms and beds were nice and comfortable. Kate was a great host and I would highly recommend this York home to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
