Stayed Sep 5, 2025One of our favorite annual traditions is a trip to the Ogunquit Playhouse, and we usually stay in Ogunquit. This year, we decided to stay in York instead and found it to be a wonderful choice! The beaches and restaurants were fantastic, and everyone we met was so friendly. It was a truly delightful experience!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Lovely accommodations perfect for us. We went to Portsmouth for most of our activities and it was super convenient. Very clean. Owner very responsive. Parking was the challenge as we had SUVs so it was tight for parking,she even looked up places around for us to find additional parking! good to go!! Thank you! Had Walmart deliver groceries which worked out well!

Stayed Jun 13, 2024We enjoy this home so much we came back for our third stay! This home is sunny, spacious and convenient to Long Sands (short walk), Short Sands, Nubble Light, Dunne’s Ice-cream, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, restaurants and more…. The kitchen is well appointed making it easy to cook meals. I highly recommend it. We’ll be back next year.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024House was very clean, looked to be newer construction. Beds were very comfortable. Short walk to a beach and short drive to a lighthouse. The kids loved hanging on the beach and exploring the rocks & tidepools.
