Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house! With four adults and three kids, we had plenty of space. The location was perfect—right across from the pool and playground and a quick golf cart ride to the beach. It made it easy to say “yes” to several last minute evening swims. The wraparound porch and outdoor dining area were also a big bonus.The house was beautifully decorated yet super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a few easy meals. We brought extra supplies based on other reviews, but the house was well stocked. We never needed our own.Our only issue was that several barn doors were broken or missing stoppers. One was even leaning against the wall when we arrived. The broken ones couldn’t be closed. Not ideal with little kids, but it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay.Construction nearby didn’t bother us at all. We couldn’t hear it inside, and our son actually loved watching the tractors from porch every morning!We can’t wait to come back to Cinnamon Shore and would love to stay in this same home again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had some issues with our house, however, the experience of Cinnamon Shore made up for it. When we checked in the whole South side did not have power until after 6:00 pm. There were other minor issues, likely due to new construction. The vent hood did not have power, there was an issue with one of the shower doors, the trash was full prior to us getting there, and other minor items like that. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Cinnamon Shore kept us informed of our reservation, and we enjoyed the community. We look forward to South finishing construction.

Open living, dining and kitchen had multiple doors that opened to a wrap around balcony with a gas grill and table for 6. From the balcony was a direct view of a small playground which was nice bc we could sit on porch and watch kids play. House was a short golf cart ride to the beach access ramp and the one pool at CS South. It was approx. 10min drive up the beach to CS North. It. The kitchen was well appointed with basics to get simple cooking done. The paper towels/dish soap/dishwasher & washing machine tabs (provided by Cinnamon shore) were not worth using, so I would recommend bringing your own.
