Modern Beach Home in Cinnamon Shore w/ Access to Resort-Style Amenities

A few things that didn’t necessarily negatively impact our stay but are worth noting- the grill was not reliable (inconsistent heating, one night worked fine the next night would not heat up enough to grill burgers), all the doors on the house were tricky to lock/keep shut- it stormed hard one day and all the doors blew open which caused the ceiling to leak!

We spent most nights cooking in thanks to the plentiful kitchen items. The only drawback to the house location was the excessive road noise which impacted our outdoor time and sleep. The beach was a short walk, fitness center was adequate, and the food at various places in Cinnamon Shores was excellent. I would recommend Cinnamon Shores but not renting on the main highway side. Check in was easy and it was overall a perfect family vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I came here with 4 teenaged boys and a small dog and we had a wonderful time. Kitchen was great for feeding a bunch of hungry boys. Only problem was a the grill didn't fully work (only the left side worked), but we made do. Bunk rooms and loft were great for the boys while my husband and I enjoyed the king suite. Definitely rent a golf cart for cruising around the resort and between south and north Cinnamon Shores. Beach was great and boys enjoyed pickle ball courts and workout facilities. We will hopefully be coming back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd time we have stayed in One Particular Harbor with our dogs. We love the fenced yard for them. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. It is a short walk to the Lisabella's, Dylan's Pizza, C-shore cafe, the pools, the beach, etc. We have a great, relaxing trip each time we come. We have recommended our friends stay here also since they have pets.

Overall, we had a great time and love Port A and Cinnamon Shores. I’m appreciative that the CS staff accommodated changes in beach chair quantity and location to CS South to create a larger group. Sage Beach Cart was also accomodating. One Particular Harbor was a cute house and provided plenty of room for the 5 adults, 2 kids and our pup. The kitchen was well stocked: pots, pans, Kuerig coffee maker, gas grill. All bathrooms were nice, beds comfortable. Sufficient parking for 2 cars and the beach cart. The only detractors are that this house backs up to Hwy 361 and road noise is noticeable and the intake vent in ceiling of primary suite clicks noisily above the bed.

No beach towels in the house, which I find odd.
