NORTH BEACH LOCAL EVENTS

North Beach Farmers' Market
Every Saturday, 8:00 AM–11:30 AM, April through October, at 9010 Chesapeake Ave. A Southern Maryland favorite featuring fresh local produce, baked goods, seafood, crafts, and small-town coastal charm.

October 10 — Experience Calvert Festival
A free community festival right on the North Beach boardwalk, featuring local food, craft beer and wine, live music, and family-friendly activities. A great pick if you're planning a fall getaway by the bay.

Movies on the Beach
Throughout the summer season, the Town of North Beach hosts free outdoor movie nights on the sand at the Waterfront Park. Check northbeachmd.org for the current schedule closer to your stay.

We provide 2 complimentary beach passes with your stay! Each beach pass allows entry for up to 5 guests, making your beach days even easier and more convenient.

Please note: beach passes must be returned upon check-out. Lost or missing passes will incur a $100 replacement fee.


Other things to note

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
