Property is Amazing. Plenty of space for family. Great pool and hot tub in a perfect location for us! We have stayed here before and would love to return!

The space is just lovely with a gorgeous kitchen and each bedroom having its own bathroom!! And the POOL….it was incredible!

We enjoyed staying in this property. The retro decor was super fun. Large kitchen. Plenty of space. The pool was wonderful! There are quite a few neighbors with line of site to the pool and hot tub, so just don’t be surprised about that.

The only thing wrong was there was ALOT of spiders..and the property manager doesn’t answer when you call or text

We had a lovely family Thanksgiving getaway in this home. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed sitting together in the living room watching the sunset, and also time alone in the many spaces for rest. The kitchen provided ample space to prepare meals together, and the dining room table allowed us to sit comfortably to eat. This home has furniture and decorations that really fit the character of the home's unique construction and layout. Easy and efficient check in process, great communication with the host!

Our family had a great stay in this very unique home. Pool was the highlight. Good location if you are trying to visit multiple cities like we did, with less than an hour drives to D.C. and Annapolis. Would recommend home for sure!

As advertised the pool is just wonderful Great restaurants near by Check In as expected with no problems Would definitely rent again

Lovely retreat to Maryland shores. Fantastic Pool. Well equipped kitchen.

Hottest week of the year so the pool was amazing. It is large, could handle laps and lots of family members. House is well set up for privacy as we were traveling with 3 different sets of family members. Loved the big kitchen with 2 different gathering spaces. House is open plan, but sound did not carry from little nooks. Appreciate clear communication from host. Lovely quiet neighborhood with a couple of walk able restaurants & shops. Well worth the visit to a part of Maryland we did not know at all.

Our stay at Modern Bay Dream was absolutely fantastic! The house is not only very stylish but also incredibly comfortable. Every corner was tastefully decorated, making it a truly inviting space. Rick himself was a wonderful host – responsible, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. One of the highlights was definitely the pool. On those hot summer days, it was the perfect retreat. We had a great time lounging by the poolside, enjoying the sunshine and cooling off in the water. It was such a relaxing experience that added to our overall enjoyment of the stay. Thank you, Rick, for providing such a wonderful retreat! We can't wait to visit again and would highly recommend your place to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable getaway.

Super cool house set in a great friendly spot. Close to adventures in DC. We had an awesome stay, kids absolutely loved the massive pool and hot tub?. Thank you!
