Welcome to Fernwood! Our charming A-frame house sites on 10 acres of peaceful woodland only 1.5 miles from downtown Cooperstown, Fernwood is the best of both worlds. Minutes away from Main Street's shops, restaurants and the Baseball Hall of Fame, it'sthe perfect oasis to return to after a busy day.

The space:
A warm and modern interior design with modern touches throughout. A bedroom with a twin+double bunk on the ground floor, along with a full bathroom, living space, and washer/dryer. The second floor (also accessible through a secondary kitchen door entrance) has a new kitchen, breakfast nook beside bay windows, dining table, living room, access to the deck, bedroom with a queen bed, and full bathroom with a bath tub. The third floor is the master suite with exposed beams, a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with heated floor. Fall asleep to the stars under the skylights and step onto your private balcony in the morning.

Relax on the large deck, at the firepit or hike the popular Star Field trail by walking to the trailhead located just down the road.

No parties or team gatherings more than the number of guests approved on the reservation.
