Modern 6-bedroom house with off street parking and 5 minutes from city center

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is amazing and well-stocked; the location is perfect for us; and Moby and Vanessa are so responsive to questions and even reached out over the weekend to find out how we were doing. A 10 ! We would love to rent their house again when we next visit family.

Our family of 10 adults had an amazing time here. The house is immaculate, spacious, thoughtfully appointed. Great place to gather with friends or family. Nice residential nhood a quick uber to everything. Hosts are truly responsive and lovely.

This was the best equipped house we ever stayed in. We loved our family time here. Plenty of room for all of us.

This is hands down the best VBRO property we've stayed in. It was as beautiful as the pictures and clean. This felt like our home away from home for the weekend. Our host Vanessa was very responsive & accommodating. We DID NOT have any issues during our stay.

This house was awesome in a beautiful area!

We stayed at this fabulous home while in town attending our daughters' college graduation with extended family members. Can't say enough about the house, the property, and the host! Plenty of space to spread out for siblings and extended family members. Plentiful upgrades that are both functional and beautiful, with every convenience already thought of in advance. Great part of town with easy access to the Superdome, French Quarter, Magazine Street, and more. The host communicated appropriately, and timely. This was the best vacation rental we've ever experienced. We look forward to coming back.

This house had plenty of room and was very clean. In a great neighborhood felt safe close to downtown area, more than met expectations.

We were 4 guys staying here for a week and there was more than enough space. Huge house! When we had questions the response time from hosts were incredibly fast. 100% recommendation!

Great location and access to French Quarters. Very spacious accommodations. 6 people were comfortable and pleased with the home. Would book again.

The host thought about everything from baby toy's ,coffee station,toddler stools,umbrellas full stock kitchen for cooking Neighborhood is super peaceful and safeSo much room for a family of six We will only book this home when visiting New Orleans

This house was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and onsite parking! The house was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. Communication with property manager was excellent and we would highly recommend this house! We enjoyed our stay and would request this house again!

The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was awesome for a family looking to enjoy NOLA but still feel safe. The pictures do not do the house justice. It is very nice inside and had everything we needed. Our family of eight had plenty of room without feeling cramped. We highly recommend this place.

Came in for Tulane 40th reunion and homecoming game with buddies What a phenomenal place - and very reasonably price d - especially if we had filled all 6 bedrooms - but we only had 3 Anyway everything was awesome - a perfect location - high end amenities - great comma with owner and management Loved it !!

HUGE space to stay in, plenty of space for large groups/families. It is right off the main street and is easy to find with ample street parking AND a spacious enclosed parking area behind a remote-controlled gate. My only problem is, there was no notice of the house being a home to dogs. The place does smell like wet dogs, so bring air freshener. You do get used to the smell while you're in the home, but every time you come back, it takes a bit. I would stay at this place again, as my family and I felt safe, but the smell does hit kind of strong. Just be forewarned.
